Caffè Fiorentino In Verbania

The raisin brioche was very good, the gelato and cappuccino were decent. The atmosphere was lovely, especially the outdoor seating, which still felt a bit like being in the park. We didn't appreciate the behavior of one of the waitresses, who rudely treated her colleague, who was obviously a novice, for mistakenly bringing us a cup of gelato that wasn't for us. Everyone makes mistakes, but it didn't bother us at all. She also confused him further by telling him to take everything away, when in fact the mistake was only about one item. We understand the stress at the end of the day, but respect for others must always be present.

Nice bistro. We had the ice cream. And a coffee.
