We decided to have a pizza party with friends and went to Vecchia Intra, a lovely place with a lovely outdoor garden. On Wednesday evenings, they do a pizza tour by reservation, which was our choice. The pizza was very good. The staff, made up of a very young team, was very good. We had a lovely evening and it's a place we recommend. 👍

Very nice place run by very friendly and helpful girls. The pizza was very good; the only flaw was that there was a dish on the à la carte menu I wanted to order, but unfortunately they didn't actually have it. I found the service really nice, with the classic moka pot when I ordered coffee.

We had dinner a few minutes ago. We ordered a seafood salad, which was the kind you find pre-packaged in supermarkets, plus a paltry portion for €12.00. Then half a liter of water for €3. We also ordered two salmon trout fillets with a salad, which was all arugula... Disappointment and an empty stomach.

The pizza was good, the tuna steak was good, but the stewed cuttlefish was very rubbery, and above all, very few of them. The prices were a bit high. A beer would be better than a half liter of water.

This is my second time here. The simple but very well-kept restaurant is welcoming and spacious. The staff, always smiling, makes you feel at ease. The food is very good. I have to say the pizza was exceptional, but the tuna in a crust was also delicious. The only thing I find disappointing is the decision to serve 750ml bottles of water at €3, an exorbitant price for a basic commodity like water.

25/06/2026: Pleasant evening. This is my second time dining at this lovely restaurant. It was the occasion for the retirement of two teachers. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and, above all, always smiling, which, in my opinion, is a great calling card. I chose a buffalo mozzarella with Viggezzo raw ham. Truly excellent in every way. I highly recommend this restaurant, which is in a great location, especially for the outdoor tables with a dedicated children's area, which is safe and secure. My compliments to all the staff.
17/06/2026: I can say that despite the beauty (luxury) of this place, I really appreciate the quality of the food, which is always very good, whether it's pizza, fish, or anything else. The courtesy is excellent and friendly. I also appreciate the serenity of the place, where everything happens calmly and without rushing. (Those in a hurry can go to the self-service restaurant without complaining.) I PREFER QUALITY...

21/06/2026: The Locanda del Bevero Alpino is one of those places that stays in your heart. Mr. Sandro, the owner and soul of the establishment, is a man of rare kindness and warmth: he welcomes you as if you were at home, with an authentic simplicity that is increasingly rare these days. The same goes for all the staff, attentive and helpful without ever being intrusive. We stayed overnight and enjoyed both dinner and breakfast: everything was carefully prepared, with the genuine quality that befits such a place. Here, you can truly experience the mountains, made of warmth, simplicity, and tradition. Recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy the Ossola Valley and its wonderful landscapes.
