23/08/2025: The Ristourant Valadess at Lanss con Oubergi is a restaurant you'd never expect to find in a small town like Ceres. The quality is medium-high, the service is friendly and attentive, and the dishes are all excellent, prepared with local products (often from their own garden). An amuse bouche welcomes you, and a plate of desserts concludes an excellent dinner. The restaurant is also rightfully featured in the Michelin Guide. I won't comment on the hotel because I don't have enough information to write a review.

20/10/2025: Weekday lunch menu for €15, including a first course, a second course, a side dish, a drink, and coffee. A truly positive experience, we had a great time: the food was excellent and the selection was extensive (you could choose from four first courses and four second courses). The staff was friendly and attentive. We'll be back! Recommended!

05/10/2025: Everything was beautiful and charming. The view of the lake was stunning, and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The traditional dishes were cooked to perfection and of excellent quality. The wine selection was also good.

15/09/2025: Good food, excellent service, typical mountain atmosphere. You can get there after a bit of a dirt road by car (a fairly high-rider car is recommended) or a half-hour walk. It's a bit tiring with a stroller. A backpack is recommended for those with children. We ate polenta and wild boar, shared a platter, and dessert. We paid Roman fare, about €27 per person. Generous portions. Reservations recommended.

12/10/2025: A unique cuisine for those who want to try something new. I wasn't particularly impressed by the dishes I chose, but that's just my personal opinion. A quiet and refined place, with friendly staff.

01/09/2025: A super friendly welcome! They were even allowed to store our e-bikes inside; they didn't want us to leave them outside. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and they helped us make our choice without being pushy. Fantastic!

05/10/2025: A wonderful evening spent with my loved ones in a welcoming venue with friendly, attentive, patient, and helpful staff; all accompanied by exquisite and unique cocktails, but above all by excellent food, from the raw ingredients to the care taken to make the finished product a delight for the palate. 02/10/2025: A very refined and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a cocktail alone or with friends or as a couple. A carefully curated menu features beautifully presented, delicious, and original dishes, made with excellent ingredients. An original and well-rounded cocktail list and a dedicated Americano menu with many absolutely must-try variations. Highly recommended.

09/10/2025: The waitress was very nice and friendly. The bar is certainly OK for drinks right by the lake. The food, however, is at least disgusting. The dishes served bear no resemblance to the pictures on the menu. Instead of tuna sauce for Vitello Tonnato, a thick smear of mayonnaise is served on the plate. Underneath, there's dried-out meat and on top, three mini cans of capers. The schnitzel tastes like cardboard; it's actually been cooked in a deep fryer and is anything but crispy. The breading is absolutely sticky and disgusting! The fries look appetizing, but taste like burnt oil that probably hasn't been changed in years. Only edible with a good amount of ketchup. So: better to go a few meters further for your meal if you want it to be edible!

29/08/2025: I've known this place for a long time, but every time I go, especially for lunch, it always manages to amaze me. Hospitality, precision, punctuality, courtesy, and above all, superb cuisine. Alessandra and Cristiano, along with all their staff, are an example of how skill, combined with passion, can translate into culinary excellence that pampers guests even just for that hour-long lunch break. Excellent!
