What can I say? The food is simply exceptional. A vast selection of both dishes and champagnes. The staff is very friendly and professional. We ordered carpione whitefish, mixed fried fish, and spicy mussels. Perfect value for money.

An excellent meal with a very refined starter and main course. The waiter was very polite and gave us excellent advice regarding the menu (he speaks very good French). A very welcoming establishment; I will definitely return!

I dined alone at the end of the first stage of the Oropa walk. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the view of Lake Viverone at sunset was spectacular. It's not a pilgrim's restaurant, but it's good value. Highly recommended.

Saturday, April 25th. We wanted to eat out, so we chose Lago di Viverone, looking for a restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of the lake. We found it, Ristorante Rolle...a perfect choice. Stunning lake view. Beautiful restaurant. Kind and friendly staff. Food...well, superb. Plus, at the table next to ours, we had the pleasure of meeting a very sweet couple who were there celebrating their wedding anniversary...a whopping 58 years 💝...and we chatted and toasted with them 🥂🍾. I'd say it was a very beautiful day...thank you. A top-notch experience 😉🙋‍♀️

02/08/2026: The attention to detail in the location and the attentive staff create the perfect combination to make you feel at home. As for the food, it's reminiscent of traditional Piedmontese cuisine, typical of grandma's. Overall, a very positive experience, highly recommended.
06/07/2026: Visited the village of Candelo, discovered by chance. Light lunch, refined food, friendly staff and a welcoming owner. Highly recommended. Make a reservation because it's the only elegant place with excellent cuisine in Candelo. We'll be back. Well done.
