09/07/2026: I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review, especially towards people who work, but I hope it can be a starting point for improving the service. Ordering: It wasn't clear whether we were supposed to order via the app or with the waiter. This lack of organization created a lot of confusion. Service: During service, a burger with fries and a portion of fruit were missing. We were told that the burger hadn't been ordered; the fruit, however, wasn't served. Furthermore, there were at least three or four waiters, all staring and no one asking if anything was needed. Bill: The portion of fruit still appeared on the bill. When we asked for an explanation, we were told that they had simply forgotten about it. It's a shame, because with a little more attention and organization, the service could be significantly better. I hope this review is received constructively and can be useful in improving the experience of future customers.

02/07/2026: Some of the reviews are unfair! The service is very fast and the staff are very attentive. The food is plentiful and good. Don't expect a stomach-filling meal from a first course; you'll need a second course as well! Ordering via a link takes some getting used to, but it prevents misunderstandings. We were completely satisfied, thank you Ca'Mea team.
