Sushiko - Serravalle Retail Park In Novi ligure

We stopped by this place for lunch after a morning at the outlet. The place wasn't very busy, so the service was pretty quick, but I wasn't crazy about the food... Some dishes had strange flavors, and the food was generally mediocre, and I think even low quality. Let's just say that for the same price, you can easily find better. It's a shame because the place is nice. And lastly, it might seem silly, but at every sushi place I've been, they give you a free fortune cookie at checkout. Here, not even that courtesy. I don't think I'll be back.

Inside, after confirming the number of diners, you are accompanied to the table(s), the menu is activated on the tableb, after the electronic order, the dishes arrive, at the beginning of service the waiter only takes the drinks, with the 17.90 euro menu, you order everything you want and not just sushi but also Chinese and Asian cuisine, excellent quality/price, highly recommended.

Ate lunch on Saturday 21st. Good, but I think it could be improved.

Fast service is nowhere to be seen, you wait a long time for your food, and it's either served to a different table or you get dishes you didn't ask for. Dishes you get are thrown on your table. No friendliness whatsoever, except from the owner, who politely tells you, just as you've been given a table, that the kitchen will be closing in 40 minutes. My son vomited all over the place the next morning, and I also had stomach pains that night. Unfortunately, it didn't leave a good impression. The restrooms were even worse, filthy and dirty, and probably cleaned once a week.

Second time at Sushiko and I have to say it's very satisfying! Tasty food, well-seasoned with unique combinations, we loved it, especially when compared to other AYCE restaurants!!!! Fast service and friendly staff. Absolutely recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

All you can eat Sushi and Asian food near Serrvalle Outlet. The food might not be in the best quality but it’s worth it considering the price. If you want Asian food while going OTP Serravalle outlet, this is a good choice.
