MC is a very busy place even during the week. On Monday evening, at 10:30 PM, there were almost 50 people in the dining room and a queue at the drive-thru. The staff and kitchen slow down significantly to process orders, with waits of about 20 minutes. Technically, it's no longer a "fast food" place, but if you have time and are looking to spend an evening with friends, it's still an excellent option, in line with the MC format. All in all, a good experience.
McDonald's is very similar to other franchises, but still very good (we tried the McCafé for a quick breakfast without spending a fortune). I highly recommend the whole-wheat croissant filled with berries, which was very tasty, and the ginseng cappuccino is also very good.
We also had the three-layer chocolate cake, but it wasn't exceptional.
If we have the chance, we'll gladly return to this fast food restaurant to try something else (for a snack, unfortunately, because it's not suitable for a main meal, as I'm vegetarian and Italian McDonald's still don't offer meat-free options, beyond desserts and salads).
The bathrooms were really clean, and the service was quick. The prices are reasonable and very attractive. The selection is quite extensive, but the quality of both the sweet and savory options could definitely be improved.
The staff is friendly and courteous, as well as quite attentive and helpful.
The food was questionable, with cold sandwiches and poor quality meat. The fries were soft and overly salty. I ordered a Coke without ice, but it arrived with ice.
Oh my god, the blonde woman who served me at the drive-thru made my meal one of the best I've had in months! Truly enchanting, 10/10. I hope to see her again in the future so I can become a regular.
