The cake was good, nothing to complain about. It was a millefeuille with Chantilly cream. I simply ordered a millefeuille because I don't like cream on a traditional cake and wanted to avoid it. I didn't think this pastry shop used it (you can't see it in their online photos). Maybe it's better to order and show a photo of how you want it. Besides, they're punctual and fair with their prices. I'll be back!

I truly have no words to describe how delicious Ricco Bakery's desserts are: fresh, carefully crafted, and always incredibly flavorful. But the focaccias... deserve a chapter all their own. They are, without exaggeration, the best in Turin. Soft, flavorful, perfect any time of day. I'm not kidding: it's hard to find such high quality elsewhere. Friendly staff, a pleasant atmosphere, and products that speak for themselves. A place I will continue to choose and recommend without hesitation, and the best part is that they're right in Piazza Vittorio! ❤️

Ristorante Du Parc

16/02/2026: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Valentino Du Parc. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location is really convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was good and included in the price – although it's served at Pasta e Basta, about 100 meters away, which wasn't a problem for us. The rooms were clean, although the sloping ceilings in the bathroom were a bit awkward, but not a major issue. The only minor drawback was that the room was a little warm. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good choice for a city break in Turin.
24/01/2026: Excellent hotel for the price. It looks recently renovated, isn't very central but is well connected, friendly staff from check-in to check-out, spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable rest, and highly recommended. We also opted for breakfast at a restaurant next to the hotel, which was also very good; not a huge amount but of good quality. I would definitely stay here again if I were back in the city :)
