19/04/2026: The food was good, but the waiter who served us was sullen and unprofessional. Too bad. We won't be back.

18/04/2026: Fantastic sandwiches, too bad he charged double the price and, when we pointed it out, he had the nerve to say we were still missing money!!! All of this, obviously, without a receipt!!! Truly dishonest 🤬

04/02/2026: A terrible experience is an understatement... Despite the establishment officially offering a photocopying service, it seems none of the staff knows how to use the machine (and it's 2026). It's the same old story every time: "The boss isn't here today." I wonder how it's possible that in such a well-established business, the rest of the staff isn't trained to do something that takes thirty seconds. But the most annoying thing is the attitude. As long as you order a coffee or buy a pack of cigarettes, it's all smiles and kindness. As soon as you ask for a photocopy, a service you pay for anyway, the mood changes; they won't even look you in the face and treat you as if you're asking for a personal favor or wasting their time. Professionalism is evident in consistency and in the way they treat all customers, not just those who guarantee a quick and easy profit. If you don't know how or don't want to make photocopies, cancel the service and save time!

13/12/2025: I went to buy cigarettes. The place was crowded, only one person in the service was smiling, I felt like I was being a nuisance.

10/12/2025: A must-visit when I visit Bussoleno. I enjoyed an excellent chocolate cake with whipped cream made by the staff. Everything was perfect.

06/12/2025: I was there a little while ago, I had a crepe with pistachio and cream, it was really good, the girl was very kind, I always have them and they are always delicious

16/06/2025: Monday, June 16, 6 am, I stop by the bar to get some croissants to take to work, I say hello, or rather to return my greeting, she asks me what I want, I say croissants to take away, without moving from where she was found, she says to me: "take it, it's all there" to make her understand that even if I take the croissants she still has to move, I take out a 5 euro note that is almost new, but with a scorch in the middle because it was a little torn and I put it on the counter, she comes over knowing that she has to give me change, she arrogantly asks me if I don't have another note, I answer no, even though I did, and she says goodbye, giving me the 5 euros back, I leave there, put the 5 euros in the machine at the tobacconist's next door and get a drink.

28/11/2025: This place is definitely one to avoid. The food quality is terrible: you can see it, but more importantly, you can taste it. The staff is decidedly uninterested and inattentive. What makes it worse, however, is the cleanliness of the entire place.

22/08/2025: Very nice bakery for breakfast, good bread. The only drawback is a slice of pizza with ham for €5.50! Too expensive for a place on the outskirts.

09/09/2025: It's fine for a casual lunch break. Prices are a bit high compared to what's available in the surrounding area. However, it's still a decent value.

09/12/2025: I ordered two kebab rolls on Glovo... I wish I'd never done it. The kebabs were full of dead insects in the lettuce. We counted at least 10 per roll. There were so many I don't understand how we couldn't see them. We just wanted to throw up 🤢🤮🤮🤮 Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting.

23/07/2025: Rolled kebab. The dough is raw and soft. Inedible. Causes intestinal obstruction.

15/02/2026: 1 star because it's not possible to give -5. When we arrived, they asked us how many of us were there and told us to "go upstairs." No formalities, no greetings, we weren't even escorted. The atmosphere was sad, dimly lit. There wasn't even any background music. Once we ordered from the all-you-can-eat service, the hopeful wait began. We received a dish every half hour, and sometimes not even enough for both of us. After an hour and a half at the table, only three dishes were brought to us. Then, fed up with the wait and the poor quality of the food (it was truly awful, the raw fish was truly disgusting), we got up and left. The same situation occurred in the rest of the room. Several people reported the inconvenience to the staff, but they seemed unconcerned. What disgusted me most was seeing them place the ready-made dishes on the lower level, at foot height, of the trolley they used for serving. All this for the modest price of 57 euros for two people. Thanks to the kebab shop we went to afterward. It saved our Valentine's Day dinner.

07/02/2026: I went there tonight with my wife. Well, what can I say? Nothing special, nothing bad. Quiet, clean place, average service and food. Average bill and prices. Would I go back? No, there's a lot of competition out there.

27/05/2025: locale carino, personale gentile.piatti curati. Pizza napoletana e allora forza Napoli. É come stare in famiglia, accoglienza, attenzione, cordialitá e simpatia sono gli ingredienti del saraceno, oltre ad una pizza fritta fantastica.

23/08/2025: I ordered two takeout pizzas. They were expensive, with raw dough and sour tomato sauce. Friendly staff.

15/12/2025: Terrible... cold food and unprofessional staff. The second sandwich was made poorly, with the cheese still whole. I'm speechless.

13/12/2025: Terrible place, by far the worst I've ever been to, incredibly dirty, chaotic, and messy. They also have a huge space upstairs that could solve many problems, but instead it's kept closed and everyone has to crowd into the garbage dump downstairs, and most of the time you have to give up because there's no seating. Close it, you'll look better.

01/05/2026: Forced to give one star because on Thursday 30th April I asked if I had to book for Friday evening of May 1st and they told me that there was no problem for two people. When I arrived at the restaurant I found it closed 🤬🤬🤬

23/04/2026: They offer a business lunch menu, but they don't promote it to push customers to eat à la carte at decidedly high prices. So if they don't tell you anything, ask them yourself.

02/12/2025: Divine pizza...cooked, crispy just the way I like it, and well-topped.

16/11/2025: I had 2 mixed fried foods...with chips...the price is super ok...but how good was the fried food...crunchy on the outside, the calamari melted in your mouth. Congratulations. We were very happy.
