16/11/2025: We ate well. The oysters were very fresh and the maki were delicious. The portions were just right, and the amount of rice wasn't excessive for the fish. The service was quick, and you can order by phone.

19/11/2025: The food is really good, really. But there's one big problem that ruins the experience: why don't you have free Wi-Fi? There's almost no signal inside: you can't make calls, you can't check anything on your phone. It's the 21st century, and a place without a connection these days is truly a major drawback. I really hope you'll consider it, because it would be a major improvement for all your customers.

14/11/2025: Never again! Dirty inside, windows to be cleaned, arrogant staff and I didn't like the man's behavior! Very unfriendly and I didn't like the atmosphere in the bar! Never again... exorbitant prices €2.50 for a roll! In Milan for €2.50 you can eat terrible pastries 🥐

23/11/2025: Dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty, and even more dirty, filthy bathrooms, doors that don't close. Shameful! I don't dare think about the kitchen. Anyone who works there has to provide good service. Don't always blame the customers. Broken doors and years-old dirt aren't the customer's fault. And reading reviews, I see it's not the first time. We pay dearly for service stations. Food is expensive, and I deduce we deserve a minimum level of cleanliness.

25/07/2025: We found ourselves having to defend ourselves and being mocked because, after waiting 45 minutes for lunch, we refused uncooked rice, asked for two limoncellos that weren't available, and were instead given half a portion of overcooked pasta with just butter. We were also attacked as pretentious by regular customers we hadn't consulted. We emphasize our firm and polite tone. Absurd!!!! We strongly advise unfortunate tourists not to spend 25 euros like that. Dr. Bellini.

11/12/2025: It was a terrible experience, to say the least. I had a chicken and avocado piadina, and as soon as I walked in the door, I felt sick... I spent the worst night of my life in the bathroom, that's all I can say. I'm sure you'll never, ever see me again.

24/11/2025: Good, for goodness sake, but an hour and twenty minutes wait for a piadina delivery seems excessive to me. And I live 1.7 km from the place. It was supposed to be my lunch, but in reality I had it as a snack... It even arrived cold. I ordered Coke Zero, but without warning, they delivered the caffeine-free version.

19/10/2025: The AYCE price (€24.90 + €2.00 cover charge) for lunch (which I believe is the same for dinner) is too high for the variety and quality of the dishes. The rice was overcooked, soft, and had too much vinegar. The small entrée was fried, but cold and soft, and the soy noodles were bland. The green tea and the mixed tempura (plenty) were positives, except for the shrimp, which was soft.

18/10/2025: Very good restaurant. Food was fresh ans tasty, we tried sushis, teriyaki and udon. For desert we had mochis. The service was fast and attentive and very pleasant. Very good value !

13/11/2025: I've always had a good experience at this sweet shop in the past, but I have to say I won't be going in again. I recently stopped by to buy some sweets. There were two girls with glasses laughing and chatting as if they were at home or in a bar, and they looked annoyed at the cash register. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened; I've seen people arguing and being discriminated against before. I absolutely don't think it's an appropriate place to shop, with unprofessional staff. One star because zero isn't possible.

30/11/2025: Amateurism and dishonesty! I don't normally write reviews, but last Sunday's experience, on the occasion of my daughter's confirmation, forces me to express my deep disappointment. After having agreed in detail, a month in advance, on the menu for our children's confirmation (5 families for a total of about 100 seats) and communicated the number of participants within the requested timeframe, when it came to service, we were confronted with the utter inability to manage such an event. In fact: - The food served was of extremely poor quality (defrosted, industrial, undercooked food). I've never had a worse meal! - The menu served was partly different from what was agreed upon. - The food, brought to the tables on plastic trays, was not enough for everyone. - The serving utensils were missing, so everyone had to serve themselves with their own. Some tables were even missing plates. There wasn't enough staff, which meant the wait times were significantly extended, creating inconvenience especially for out-of-town guests. The fact that Mrs. Silvia, the restaurant manager with whom we made the arrangements, "coincidentally" wasn't present, much less answered the phone, leads me to believe that the above was the result of conscious decisions.

29/11/2025: Evening tennis reservation, late November. Winter rate with lights and heating. The instructor leaves the court the hour before, the court is perfectly heated. Five minutes later, the fans begin to blast icy air, and continue to do so for the entire hour, making the climate exactly the same as outside the ball court (a November evening in Turin, so 37-39°F). When simply asked for an explanation, the manager at reception offers somewhat fanciful explanations, such as the thermostat reaching its maximum temperature when the heating was literally turned off for an hour, and the temperature inside the ball court was 41°F at most. No one requests any kind of refund, especially since it's not the 3 euros out of 35 that make the difference. An apology would certainly have been appropriate, rather than the teasing or the arrogant, presumptuous attitude we received.
