23/06/2026: I'm giving it 3 stars to balance the friendliness of most of the staff (excellent) with the utter rudeness of one young man on duty. I'll describe his attitude below, which was completely annoying and inappropriate. I entered very cordially and with a cheerful demeanor and politely asked for a cool drink given the exhausting heat, and the girl, very kind and smiling, prepared a glass for me with ice and a slice of lemon. At the same time, a young man arrived and, besides giving me a dirty look, probably because he felt like a rooster in the henhouse, since several of the girls smiled at me given my manners (which is not very common these days), I asked again politely, "Can I sit outside?" This young man's response, with a very arrogant air, was, "Sit wherever you want, just sit down" (an understandable response, even ironically, if I'd been standing for 10 minutes wandering around like a child playing hide-and-seek among the tables, but luckily for him, I'd only been in the place for 2 minutes). After a quarter of an hour, I get up to go to the register to pay and I hear the same guy who, when he sees me, says to a girl, "I'll go get the bill and fix it." I pretended nothing happened and, as soon as I finished paying, I leave the place, smiling and wishing them good luck. Everyone smiles and thanks them, but the same guy doesn't say hello and continues to stare at me as I walk out the door. My advice is to take this person back because I also have several places, but no one has ever dared to treat a customer or anyone like that. The same guy was kind to other customers, except to me and other young, male customers. If he has personal jealousy issues due to psychological inferiority issues, he should change jobs or be permanently assigned to the kitchen where he doesn't see anyone. Today he had to deal with me, who's calm and doesn't ruin my life. But one day, he could really run into the wrong person, and unpleasant situations could arise during his shift and in front of customers. This is what happened, for the rest I wish you good work and the continued and perpetual growth of the place 🙏🏻❤️

01/06/2026: Pathetic! Pathetic KEEP AWAY RUDE, AND NON-ALCOHOLIC COCKTAILS... JUST COKE AND LEMON SODA WITHOUT FOOD FOR 32 EUROS GUYS, TRUST ME, IT'S REALLY PATHING We politely asked for an explanation, with the following response: "Go somewhere else!"

23/11/2025: Embarrassing. Besides the fact that you can no longer order yogurt at the counter and then sit down—you're practically forced to order it at the table, paying more, with fewer toppings to choose from, and even receiving a smaller quantity—they now only give one packet of sugar per person. We witnessed a truly horrifying scene: the girl had ordered takeout yogurt, while the rest of the family also wanted to eat while seated. They didn't let them sit because the girl had already ordered their takeout. And as if that weren't enough, we also saw two elderly people being moved to another table for no real reason. Absurd.

21/06/2026: On a sweltering day, not even a glass of water with the coffee as tradition dictates; it must be my French accent, which comes through when I speak Italian... There are many bars in the area............

06/06/2026: Great for a coffee break, delicious dishes, sandwiches, and piadinas for lunch. Last but not least... how about an aperitif? :-)

13/05/2026: Really excellent pizza with fresh and quality ingredients, very comfortable environment and impeccable service (the waitress is really nice and very kind), if you are in the area there is no better place for lunch / dinner

18/04/2026: Good pizza, both regular and pan-fried. They also make farinata (good). It's inexpensive (from €3.50 to €6.00), including cover charge. The place is very simply decorated. Friendly staff. Fast service.

01/11/2025: What can I say... it's a bit of a dump, both in the main hall and the bathrooms, where there was no toilet paper, soap, or anything to dry your hands. What's certainly not lacking is the dirt everywhere. But that's okay, everything's normalized. The kebab was average, but over the years it's gotten worse. I've been coming here since 2021, and it wasn't like this before.

12/12/2025: The burgers were delicious, really. I'm taking a star off for the crazy prices... because this is really a massacre compared to the others.

05/12/2025: A medium (palm-sized) order of fries cost €6. And there were only about 12 pieces :-(

01/07/2026: Dropped in for a business lunch. The interior was nice, but unfortunately it felt very humid and hot. The food was really poor quality. I had a hamburger, which was definitely frozen, 1/2 cm thick and undercooked. The side dish was ratatouille, which was well done. Even those who ordered the first course complained about the poor quality of their dish. The staff was friendly. The price was good. Unfortunately, I definitely won't be back.

25/05/2026: Last night we chose to order four pizzas through Deliveroo, partly inspired by the name of the pizzeria, "Bella Napoli." It seems incredible to even tell the story, but four pizzas arrived in boxes without tops, so the pizzas were uncovered and stacked WITHOUT A COVER. This is completely UNHYGIENIC, and obviously the pizzas had all the toppings stuck to the top boxes. We promptly reported the matter to the owner, who simply raised his voice and blamed Deliveroo. We would have at least expected an apology and not a "you don't know who I am" response... which is quite a threat!!! As I already told them... DELIVEROO DOESN'T PACK THE PIZZAS, THEY ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORT. It seems crazy to have received the pizzas in boxes without lids. PS: They didn't send us the fries, nor did they refund us.

24/03/2026: I frequent this restaurant with my family every time I visit Casale because it has fast and courteous service and good, not too heavy dishes. We especially order the first courses, which are delicious. The pizzas are also excellent. The prices are more than reasonable and even lower than other restaurants. Highly recommended!

22/07/2026: Classic McDonald's with the option to purchase food both inside the restaurant and from your car via the drive-through.

22/07/2026: There is no more table service so there are queues for orders like fruit included in a happy meal a simple apple eaten at 12 it's 6.15 pm I still have to digest it and I have a heartburn
