27/12/2025: I was with my family, poorly organized is an understatement, it's unclear how it works. Usually in shelters, in all the ones I've been to, you go inside and order, here you go inside and start ordering, then they tell you it's better to go outside to the totem and order, exorbitant prices, while you're ordering at the totem, we ask if we can sit inside to eat, yes there's a table free for an hour, a girl who works there replies, okay we go inside they tell us there isn't one, outside tables without mushrooms, at least they can heat it up a bit, after half an hour of all this cinema we left, away......never again.

27/12/2025: A place that I recommend to no one to go, very expensive and unwelcoming staff, very disappointed I will never go there again.

15/02/2026: The food was very good! The place was nice and super clean, but it's a shame the service left a bit to be desired. We ordered two desserts, which, honestly, is the only thing I wouldn't recommend because the Catalan cream had a cooking and preservation issue. After mentioning it to the waiter, he told me they had made it a few days earlier and then frozen it. They reheated it in the microwave and then passed it through a blowtorch, but only superficially. I asked him if they could find a solution because it was truly inedible, and he left without an answer. I'm a little shocked, but fortunately the manager resolved the issue very professionally. Otherwise, nothing to say: everything was very good, except for the desserts.

14/02/2026: I've been sitting here since 8:00 PM with a reservation, it's 10:00 PM...and they just finished the first order of Benedicto's 6 dishes!!! It's really distressing to eat here...I'm putting down roots from the slowness!!!!! Not enough staff in the kitchen! And the sushi isn't even that great!!! Both the salmon and tuna are very pale and anemic! I'm really falling asleep, I won't be going back, that's for sure!!!

24/01/2026: Pizzeria Carosello in Candiolo. I had a Carosello pizza, with good tomato sauce but the potatoes needed to be cooked longer, making it smaller than usual. Overall, it was edible.

08/12/2025: I called to order pizzas, and they told me they'd be ready by 8:45 PM. My girlfriend did me the favor of being there at 8:45 PM to pick them up, but they still hadn't been rolled out. It's not the first time, and honestly, from now on, I've been labeling this place as unreliable. Small consolation: the pizzas were at least edible.

10/08/2025: I can't comment on the bar services I've experienced; I think only under the previous management. The "To Good to Go" bag Lots of croissants placed directly in a plastic bag without the usual bar bags... Thrown out with contempt Those who do "To Good to Go" do it to avoid wasting food, not to be judged...absurd I won't add anything else because I haven't tried any other services.

28/07/2025: We stopped for lunch at this cute, clean place. We ordered three delicious stuffed focaccias, but we barely finished them because they were so huge. If we'd known, my daughter and I would have at least gotten one between us. The ingredients were very good, though they were sliced potatoes instead of creamed potatoes. Aside from the rather slow service, I highly recommend this place. The price was fair: three focaccias, two small beers, a small bottle of water, and three coffees, €37.

14/02/2026: Table reservations, very long waiting times.....never again

28/01/2026: An hour and a half wait for two pizzas. And thank goodness we booked, otherwise we would have spent the weekend there. After waiting so long, even if the pizza had been good, it wouldn't have mattered. I won't be returning. — I'll add, in response to the owner, that the place has no more than 6 or 7 tables. The crowds he's talking about are customers ordering pizza over the phone for takeout, so customers who bother to physically come to the place to eat comfortably at a table are put on the waiting list and don't get priority. To explain better, if I arrive at the pizzeria, am greeted, sit at a table, and order a pizza, even if I were the only one in the entire place, if customers called shortly before wanting 50 pizzas for home delivery for a party, I'll be put at the bottom of the list and won't eat until hours later (as has happened). This is the explanation you gave me at the place; your response is misleading, and it's right that all customers who want to come to the place know this. Those who continue to order takeout pizzas will be happy, however. I also asked several times during the wait for a quicker turnaround, but you didn't care. Your response isn't exhaustive; a simple 'Sorry, we had problems that evening' would have been more appreciated.

09/11/2025: The prices are low, but the food quality isn't great either. We ordered burgers and sausages: the sausages were pretty good, but the burgers weren't real burgers, but rather the kind made with meatloaf and not ground beef (probably the ones at Metro). Plus, the menu says €6 for a dish, and they charged us €7 each (and they even gave us regular fries, even though the menu said they came with fries and dip). You're not going to die, for goodness sake... But that's not the right thing to do...

06/03/2026: The atmosphere has completely changed since the new management. Both typical and traditional dishes. I've been to this restaurant and had the opportunity to try the pizza, which was simply spectacular. The dessert was delicious. The staff is young and friendly, attentive to requests. Thank you!!

07/09/2025: The pizza is disgusting, full of oil, the chips from the day before were limp and in addition to having an unpleasant smell I vomited. NEVER AGAIN
