23/06/2024: I would like to be able to order from Deliveroo but I see that for more than 1 week (and I read from a review from more than 3 months ago) the delivery service FROM ANY PLATFORM is closed and non-existent. You say resolve, but I don't see any resolution. Honestly, I don't want to drive all the way just for a boba... the convenience was that it came directly to my house. When it will be possible? 🧋

29/08/2024: Ho comprato a san defendente di cervasca una vaschetta di gelato da portare a casa con 3 gusti cioccolato,z abaione,nocciola...peccato che il tutto sapeva di limone...non si pasticciano i gusti dei gelati bisogna usare una paletta per ogni gusto non l'hanno ancora capito? Poi mi ha fatto pagare 2 coni vuoti 20 centesimi a che livello sono?? Dipende da chi c'è perché qualcuno da anche un nocciolato insieme visto che lo danno per il caffè e qui ho speso molto più di un caffè. Ma pagare 2 coni vuoti è veramente vergognoso!!

20/07/2024: Cold air conditioning. 2 milk and mint and 2 biscuits (stale, certainly from a few days before).....8 euros. The biscuits are already on the counter, inside a glass case and you can help yourself. They look like the classic biscuits offered with coffee. Instead they make them pay when they get the bill. But please... keep them... as well as your precious mint picked on a full moon night by 12 virgins (8 euros). I won't dwell on the friendliness of the waitress.

16/07/2024: Sitting in the pleasant, airy terrace, I ordered toast with salmon, avocado and egg: it was large and delicious! The service was a little slow, but the staff were very friendly. Really nice interior environment, well cooled by air conditioning, nice and clean bathroom. Central but quiet location.

31/05/2024: I had ordered a vegan menu for a dinner, they brought me lasagna with cheese and bechamel and for the second course an omelette with vegetables, in the end I ate bread and vegetables, not fast service, but there were only two of them with a lot of people. However, I find it absurd that in 2024, anyone who manages an eating place still doesn't know the difference between vegetarian and vegan. However, excellent beer and beautiful musical seriousness. Regarding your response, I never give negative reviews, I had personally called and requested two vegan menus, you replied that there was no problem because there was also a vegetable menu, it was enough to say that it was vegetarian and not vegan and I would have also ordered a simple pasta with tomato or vegetables, I'm not one with many demands.

18/06/2024: All’interno di una “struttura” come Zoom non ci potevamo attendere un ristorante stellato o una vera “Piola” piemontese pertanto ritengo adeguato il prodotto fornito che comprende anche un servizio giovane e veloce. Locale piacevole, piatti “industriali” ma onorevoli, servizio educato il tutto con un rapporto Q/P non eccelso ma adeguato al luogo.
