Excellent breakfast at this historic establishment. They serve Illy coffee, my favorite. I came to shoot a documentary in Saluzzo, a beautiful and surprising location, but it's a trip worth repeating with the family.

21/06/2026: Flavorful, balanced, yet light dishes, prepared with care and attention to the quality of the ingredients. The service is professional and courteous. Everything is excellent; special mention goes to the potato dumplings with cheese, the agnolotti with ragù, and the truly delicious desserts. A pleasant and highly recommended dining experience.

19/12/2025: I regularly shop at your store in Verzuolo. I'd like to give a shout-out to the store manager, who's attentive, helpful, and kind, and to the fruit and vegetable counter assistant, who's meticulously meticulous and always keeps her department in perfect order.
14/10/2025: Everything is beautiful and perfect, it's a shame they changed the meat suppliers, before it was much better.
