Gran Bar Novara is a true gem! The elegant and welcoming atmosphere is perfect for a coffee or an aperitivo. The service is impeccable, and the products are top-quality. I tried their hot chocolate with cream, simply delicious! Definitely a must-visit in Novara.

We went for breakfast at the Gran Bar after months of rushing past it nonstop. Today we had a free half hour and thought: this is the perfect time. As soon as we entered, we felt like we'd stepped back in time: a huge, theatrical chandelier immediately catches the eye, elegant wooden furniture and bar counter, black-and-white photographs of famous actors on the walls. The atmosphere is truly chic and refined. We ordered two large, very good cappuccinos, a large, exquisite Neapolitan sfogliatella, and a cream pastry that was a true delight. Everything was excellent. The staff was kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

Good coffee The S had a nice look and was good, as was the bombardino, in the non-alcoholic version and with cream. Nice and well-stocked atmosphere (they also sell traditional rice and gorgonzola cheese). Clean bathrooms. Maybe a little expensive.
