12/08/2025: Terrible service, the girl who served me and my friend was very rude, I wanted bubble milk and out of habit I said chocolate bubble tea and the girl arrogantly told me "eh no that's something else you don't have to choose between those"

10/08/2025: The staff is just bored and full of negativity maybe he need a cup to get his sugar up! The topping trays are dirty as hell and they r serving it mostly to children. I am not coming back thats for sure

17/05/2025: Extremely salty spaghetti (never seen anything like it), too much olive oil which made us sick all night. (Luckily our hotel was nearby..) Even though the desserts were excellent.

17/05/2025: We waited fourty five minutes for our plates, as people who ordered after us got their meals. When we asked what was going on they said "what you ordered takes long to cook" when everyone else was getting the same plates as us. Worst of all, the food was terrible - no flavor whatsoever. I'd give no stars if I could.

11/05/2025: Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze, 1 Margherita e una Margheritana, poi un tiramisù e da bere acqua. Personale molto gentile, ci hanno fatti sedere subito e serviti dopo pochi minuti. Non siamo di Biella ma ogni tanto un giro in centro o al centro commerciale lo facciamo, ora sappiamo dove fermarci a mangiare.

05/05/2025: Cibo ottimo, sala accogliente, personale competente, Ma che il responsable di sala si permetta di rimproverare un cameriere ad alta voce in mezzo alla sala l'ho trovato molto maleducato e poco professionale il gelo é calato al nostro tavolo ci sentivamo male per quel povero cameriere nonostante la pizza squisita che fumava nel nostro piatto ...non so se ritorneremo

12/06/2025: INCAPACI ASSURDI!!!! stato a pranzo, in coppia, ordinato due menù da €9,90 , arrivato uno sbagliato, riportato un altro piatto, peccato che fosse freddo, oltretutto sbagliate anche le bevande. Nemmeno le scuse, ALLUCINANTI!!!!!! SAREBBE BENE CHE CAMBIASSERO PESONALE, AL PIU PRESTO

17/08/2025: We spent the evening at the bar and there's little to say...go elsewhere, there's definitely better!!!

16/08/2025: Non-existent service. Three sandwiches cost €28. Bread was probably from the day before, as it was very dry. Coffee at the counter arrived cold. Don't even stop by!

31/08/2025: Avoid this place at all costs. Rude staff, extremely expensive service, terrible quality.

30/08/2025: A scam. Attracted by the "aperitif + platter" deal for €10, we decide to sit down. We order, indeed, two aperitifs and two platters. The total should have been €20, but the lady at the cashier charged us four euros more without any explanation whatsoever. Absolutely dishonest, I don't recommend it to anyone; avoid it like the plague. We definitely won't be returning.

31/08/2025: Truly awful ice cream. It's hard to find an "inedible" ice cream shop in Italy. This one is, and the prices are exorbitant (two flavors cost almost €4). Lots of room for improvement.

22/07/2025: Terrible coffee, low-level employees, and not up to the bar's historic reputation. It's a shame Fiorio has fallen so low.

10/07/2025: On paye la vue et c est tout. Une douzaine de Gnocchi sans goût et en dessert un Tiramisu avec des boudoirs tout sec sans avoir été trempé initialement

15/06/2025: De pasta was goed, maar de pizza smaakte naar verbrand plastic. We hebben daar iets van gezegd en de pizza is van de rekening afgehaald. Dat was wel netjes. Mooi uitzicht op Lago Maggiore. Bediening was vriendelijk.

08/03/2025: "A truly disappointing experience. The service was terrible and the employees were incredibly rude. In addition to being totally rude, they seemed to enjoy making fun of us, imposing rules invented on the spot without any logic. They never showed any interest in solving the problems, on the contrary, they treated us with an arrogant and disrespectful attitude. We had to wait an excessive amount of time to be served, even though the place was not crowded. The portions were very small, practically insignificant, and the fried foods were cold on the outside and still frozen inside. Impossible to justify something like this, especially considering the exorbitant prices. Furthermore, the place was dirty, with encrusted floors and poorly cleaned tables, and the environment was so noisy that it was a real waste of money! One star because it is not possible to give less.

02/03/2025: Poor value for money. Not knowing how to cook chicken cacciatore, serving it cold, greasy, overly peppery, or spicy, without the skin, and with the chicken dry and parched, as if it had been baked first and then salvaged with this recipe. The white curly hair added the finishing touch to the dish. The green beans hadn't been cleaned. For the price, we're not satisfied... the coffee and service are satisfactory.

07/09/2025: Superb terrace. Average cuisine and value for money...Meh!

06/09/2025: Lakeside location with a great view, good food. We had excellent parmigiana and pasta with lake sauce, but the lasagna was much less tasty, and the fries tasted a bit too oily. The service was average.

30/08/2025: An undrinkable soy cappuccino, a croissant, a mini sandwich, and a juice for the modest sum of €15. The tables were dirty and then cleaned by hand. We'll never go back.

11/01/2025: Ordered through Glovo, very fatty chicken, I only ate 1 small piece.... Potatoes inedible too much Pepper Late delivery, but that's the lesser evil. I wanted to try a different chicken but it was bad.

08/04/2025: I would rather eat dirt than what this sad excuse for a pizzeria calls "pizza". Not only did it arrive 2.5 hours late it was also Ice cold, hard as stone and tasted abysmal. I would willingly pay twice the amount I paid just to forget this experience.

19/06/2025: Posto assurdo, lati positivi location carina. Arriviamo in 2 verso le 21 in un giorno infrasettimanale, poche pretese pizza birra, in una serata normale. Ordiniamo 1 Napoli e 1 margherita le pizze arrivano alle 22:30, una mezza cruda l’altra bruciata, le birre invece sono arrivate subito….

12/04/2025: Pizza con tante tipologie d’impasto, tutte buone, personale molto cordiale e vino mediocre. Il costo equo adeguato alle portate.
