21/06/2024: Una vera sorpresa. Location gradevole. Personale gentile e professionale. Piatti ottimi e abbondanti. Squisito fritto misto molto vario e perfettamente cucinato. Eccellenti dolci. Buon vino. Consigliatissimo.

18/05/2024: Ristorante frequentato altre volte e sempre soddisfatta dei piatti. Buonissimi. Oggi però voglio fare una recensione alla torta senza glutine preparata da Marco,titolare. Che dire??Una piacevole sorpresa per mia cognata che tra un po' piangeva. Di solito non è mai successo di trovare una torta intera senza glutine in un ristorante. Un dolce singolo si, la triste panna cotta per dire, ma questa volta è stato super!! Torta senza glutine buonissima. Grazie per questa gentilezza ma anche accoglienza per gli ospiti.

09/02/2024: Locale molto caratteristico e piacevole. Carne indubbiamente buona ma per la cifra spesa non all'alternanza delle aspettative. Quello che però più infastidisce è che non hai possibilità di scelta alcuna, sei obbligato a prendere quello che è il menù imposto senza apportare nessun tipo di modifiche. Insomma, che ti piaccia o meno, quello che è previsto di antipasto e contorno devi fartelo andare bene. Per esempio noi abbiamo speso 45€ per un menù completo di cui abbiamo mangiato solo il piatto di carne. Carta dei vini inesistente...scelte comunicate a voce senza un dettaglio dei costi. Per concludere, zero attenzione per i bambini; non hanno la possibilità di un menù apposito. O mangiano carne alla griglia o devo prendere una scelta tra i primi IMPOSTI nella speranza siano di loro gradimento. Personale, riconfermo altre recensioni, non particolarmente simpatico e disponibile.

06/08/2024: I went to have breakfast, but there was the shop assistant who was very agitated, I ate a pastry puff pastry, not the best, a cappuccino with boiling milk, I spent 5 euros not sitting but at the counter for my breakfast, consequently a cappuccino 2 euro and the brioches 3 euros which overall seems disproportionate to me.

11/04/2024: Al San Giors è lo spirito, prima del palato, a gustare la suggestione di un altro tempo. Un corridoio lungo di tavoli apparecchiati, su cui si aprono altre sale, tutte di elegante sobrietà, invita al viaggio nel tempo e nei sapori di un locale storico, situato nel quartiere multietnico del mercato di Porta Palazzo. Con l'arrivo della bella stagione, il terrazzo affacciato sul cortile interno rappresenta una fresca alternativa alle sale. Il menu, di qualità, presenta piatti della tradizione ottimamente preparati. Si è serviti con gentilezza dalla signora che sovrintende alla sala lasciando il giusto tempo di assaporare le pietanze. Non si potrà non tornare e prenotare una delle stanze d'artista della locanda, per un breve soggiorno d'atmosfera. Annarita e Andrea (prov. di Gorizia)

25/03/2024: Siamo stati a Torino in occasione di un concerto, e siamo approdati a San Giors, nel cuore pulsante della città. La struttura è una delle più antiche ed è stata restaurata ed arredata con un gusto ed una cura davvero eccellenti. Nulla è lasciato al caso. Dal bancone all'ingresso e la sala ristorante, alla camera "?" (pulita e davvero originalissima), tutto è perfetto. Per ultimo, e non certo per importanza, il personale: sorridente, amichevole, accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti a casa dal primo istante. Torneremo a Torino e torneremo al San Giors!

26/11/2023: First of all, there is free parking at the entrance, the staff was friendly and the environment was welcoming and quiet, the food was excellent and the local wine is promoted. We liked everything, the only flaw is the bathroom which should be revisited a bit but despite this we had a great time If it happens to you I recommend it.

24/08/2024: Riva Est LAB "EXTRA" We are passing through and it's lunch time As usual, time is short, we locate this place and stop. No problem for parking. Nice, bright, spacious and well-kept place. We got some ready-made sandwiches that look great at the counter and then something from the Cucina di Ottimo. Good Coffee and Tasty Ice Cream. Ready to go again! A week later we did a few more kilometers and returned. Well done, kind and professional Must Visit!!!

28/07/2024: Siamo ormai ospiti fissi da più di un anno. Accolgono i loro ospiti sempre con il sorriso, che si scelga menù da 12 euro in settimana oppure il menù normale sempre differente durante il sabato e la domenica. Il sapore dei loro piatti ti riporta indietro alle origini...ma oggi hanno superato loro stessi con le acciughe alla ligure peraltro ottime e un risotto con ossobuco che era la fine del mondo. Grazie per le emozioni che ci fate provare.

15/08/2024: We stopped yesterday for a light and quick lunch during a stroll in Barolo. Two adults and two children. Ordered three mixed platters, two bread and oil platters and a sausage lasagna. Everything was excellent and much appreciated! The quality of the cheeses and cured meats is excellent. For each cutting board a different "sauce" was brought: fig jam, green sauce and onion compote. Careful and punctual service. And to conclude a fabulous hazelnut cake.

11/08/2024: We drank delicious wine with a cheese/sausage board and ice cream for our daughter. Service was fine.

18/06/2024: Excellent coffee, served with kindness and courtesy in the shade of the outdoor area, near the theater and with a view of the square and the castle of Casalmonferrato. A real relaxation!

05/08/2024: Waren zum Mittagessen während der Marktzeit dort. Das Essen war gut und der Service freundlich. Von hier aus kann man in Ruhe das Marktgeschehen beobachten.

02/08/2024: Curiosando su Tripadvisor ho scoperto questo ristorante il Portico a Cannobio e ho riservato per una cena. Accolti molto bene. Ci hanno fatto accomodare direttamente con vista lago. Ordinato i nostri piatti ed il vino, l'ordinazione si è svolta nei tempi giusti. I piatti molto gustosi e belle porzioni: paccheri al ragù di mare (ottimi), ravioli di magro con burro e salvia, filetto d'orata e per finire un ottimo tiramisu e un sorbetto al limone. Prezzi veramente onesti! Bravi ci ritorneremo senz'altro!
