19/09/2025: Intimate, clean, and quiet place. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. I've been vegan for 18 years, and here I found the best vegan cookies I've ever eaten. There are several types, all different and all spectacular. Not the usual industrial, mediocre stuff you eat everywhere else. These are made by them and are truly excellent. If you want good vegan cookies in Turin, you have to go here. There's no comparison.

17/06/2025: A small bar, the small village kind. However, they have a nice, fully wooden, furniture and internal decoration, although a bit dark. There is also an outdoor area with several tables, which are a perfect location, especially in sunny days. The food is good quality and the service is very friendly. Recommended, especially for breakfast.

07/06/2025: I happened upon Caffè Don Soria at lunchtime, with the idea of ​​grabbing a quick toast before returning to work. However, as soon as I saw the abundance that the incomparable chef, Simona, was serving, I opted for the full menu. Since then I have had lunch here almost every day and have savoured first courses and first-rate dishes, always very fresh and worthy of a starred chef. The menu varies every day, from agnolotti and rabaton from our area to typical dishes from other Italian regions, such as ossobuco, Venetian-style liver, oxtail stew... Always different sauces, to discover and, if you prefer to keep it lighter, soups, chicken or meat and grilled or boiled vegetables, salads... Mineral water and drinks in general, as well as coffee, are included in the price and, with a little extra, you can have fresh fruit, fruit salad, ice cream or the dessert of the day, often freshly baked, always prepared by the skilled hands of Simona. The service, by Rachele and Simona, is always fast and punctual. The place is simple but welcoming. To try and never leave.

30/11/2025: Terrible experience. We ordered ribs and found a hair inside the meat. A very serious matter and completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Furthermore, the ribs were dry and completely tasteless. When we asked about the barbecue sauce, the waiter arrogantly replied that they were "grilled," as if the request were inappropriate. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was on instead of the heating. When we pointed out the inconvenience, the waiter dismissed us with an absurd comment: "It's only because there aren't many people on this side; if you go over there, you'll die of heat." Between contaminated food, poor quality, and downright rude service, it was an experience to forget. We will never return and we strongly advise against it.

06/11/2025: We went there in a group of 3 people, 40 minutes before closing time, they told us it was closed, 4 other people came in with us but unfortunately they were not allowed to enter, the guy at the cashier was babbling and unfortunately he didn't even know how to speak.

23/09/2025: Fantastic, the owner had lunch all to himself—there were two of us. It was a wonderful, plentiful lunch, and the bread to go with the trio of appetizers was truly delicious and artisanal, baked in a wood-fired oven. Recommended!!!

As we got closer, we heard some jokes being made with other employees from another store, like: you all have to stay home or you all have to go on Sundays, what the heck! And you laughed out loud. At least make sure no one hears you. When that happens, when the stores are without customers, don't complain that you're closing due to bankruptcy. P.S. If you work on Sundays, maybe you've done something wrong in life. Like your studies?!? Like life itself?!? Blame it on yourselves.

Bene, la gelateria artiginale Zoryani, situata nel quartiere Prati, è proprio quello che fa per voi!Vi potrete sbizzarrire tra moltissimi gusti di gelato, torte e semifreddi ovviamente prodotti solamente coi migliori ingredienti freschi!E' inverno o semplicemente piove? Tranquilli, durante l'inverno qui potrete degustare ottime cioccolate calde (ottime con i liquori aromatizzati), cioccolata artiginale (buonissima!), crepes, waffel freschissimi (li "sfornano" in giornata)!

But there's also a focus on new dishes, with a distinctive touch of culinary skill that many trendy restaurants in metropolitan areas forget. The wines (red in the case of our lunch) selected by the restaurateur were all completely satisfying in terms of taste. The need to also cater to vegetarian/vegan guests led to the discovery of delicious flavors, with dishes that, just by looking at them, inspired everyone to try them. And it was all delicious. Ideal for small tables, but for larger groups, it leaves even more room for fun. At very fair prices. Amazing! We'll always return!

29/07/2025: Viajando con un grupo de 33 personas, cenamos en este atractivo restaurante anoche. Pasando por el comedor principal hacia atrás hay un comedor al aire libre con plantas y arbustos. El servicio fue rápido y eficiente. Empezamos con una ensalada mixta, que tenía muchos trozos de tomate. Lo siguiente fue muy buen risotto de hongos, y una galette de queso y espinacas. Me hubiera gustado tener algo de guarnición en el plato.

20/07/2025: Certo, non sarà il Grand Hotel Et Des Iles Borromees, ma se cercate un buon alberghetto tranquillo, in pieno centro a Stresa, a 3 minuti a piedi dal lago e dall'imbarcadero, con camere essenziali ma pulitissime e perfettamente insonorizzate con bagno con sanitari rinnovati, e letto supercomodo, il Fiorentino fa per voi. Molto gentili il signor Federico e i suoi collaboratori, pronti a soddisfare ogni necessità; convenzionale, ma con prodotti di qualità dolci e salati (veramente ottime le marmellate) la colazione, con bevande calde espresse direttamente dal bar. Prezzo nella norma. Possibilità di usufruire di un ottimo servizio ristorante (che ho già valutato positivamente in passato).

29/11/2025: 50 euros for two for eating in a VERY COLD restaurant with skimpy portions that were barely warm, like the chilled red wine (sacrilege in the land of wine)!!! The menu is the classic one you find along the main roads where the workers stop at midday, only here you pay DOUBLE!! Never again. IT'S NOT FAST FOOD THAT "KILLS" RESTAURANTS, BUT THE MANAGERS WHO HAVE LOST THEIR SENSE OF REASON WITH AWFUL SERVICE AND DISGRACEFUL PRICES!!

08/11/2025: The buffet, which is already minimal, is an understatement. Potatoes, surimi, and other cheap fare were all we found. The only decent thing was some ribs soaked in a sauce that was practically all sugar. The meat they brought us was nothing special; it was dry and stringy, and in my opinion, no premium cuts. The meat was overcooked, and they were incompetent at cooking it. 50 euros for the menu alone, which didn't satisfy me at all. It was a styleless dump. Of course, you have to add drinks, etc. Unfortunately, I didn't check the reviews before going. Never again.

21/09/2025: The place is beautiful and quaint, the dishes are refined and delicious, the only real flaw is that the service was extremely slow. We ordered the first course at 1:00 PM and ate two courses in an hour and a half. Finally, we ordered dessert and coffee, but after a 20-minute wait, we forgot about dessert and waited another 15 minutes for coffee. Two hours is definitely too long to eat two courses. This is why it's given a one-star review. Plus, you can't pay by credit card, only cash. I can't recommend the place.

15/08/2025: The single star is due to a single incident that I find particularly unpleasant. Even on the phone (for dinner), the lady specifically stated...cash payments ONLY... I don't think it's a coincidence, but rather a standard practice (confirmed by a friend who was there for lunch on a weekday). I don't think this is acceptable in 2025; the option of electronic payment must be guaranteed.

08/11/2025: I think it's changed management. The pizza was raw and not risen. The uneatable spaghetti carbonara was just pasta with eggs. The spaghetti amatriciana was tomato pasta with lots of raw onion. We pointed this out, and they said, "What's the problem?" I'll start by saying we paid for everything, but they'll never see us again.
