11/05/2025: Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze, 1 Margherita e una Margheritana, poi un tiramisù e da bere acqua. Personale molto gentile, ci hanno fatti sedere subito e serviti dopo pochi minuti. Non siamo di Biella ma ogni tanto un giro in centro o al centro commerciale lo facciamo, ora sappiamo dove fermarci a mangiare.

05/05/2025: Cibo ottimo, sala accogliente, personale competente, Ma che il responsable di sala si permetta di rimproverare un cameriere ad alta voce in mezzo alla sala l'ho trovato molto maleducato e poco professionale il gelo é calato al nostro tavolo ci sentivamo male per quel povero cameriere nonostante la pizza squisita che fumava nel nostro piatto ...non so se ritorneremo

30/08/2025: An undrinkable soy cappuccino, a croissant, a mini sandwich, and a juice for the modest sum of €15. The tables were dirty and then cleaned by hand. We'll never go back.

18/09/2025: I don't want to interfere, but it happened to me too this morning. I entered the restaurant and after 20 minutes of sitting down, I signaled to the staff to come and take our order. They told us we had to get up and order at the cash register. I don't dispute the policy... if you think this type of service will bring you any benefit, that's your problem, but making diners wait for 20 minutes without even saying "Come to the cash register to order" is unprofessional, disrespectful, and will cause you harm. I, at the very least, will never set foot in this establishment again.

15/06/2025: De pasta was goed, maar de pizza smaakte naar verbrand plastic. We hebben daar iets van gezegd en de pizza is van de rekening afgehaald. Dat was wel netjes. Mooi uitzicht op Lago Maggiore. Bediening was vriendelijk.

08/04/2025: I would rather eat dirt than what this sad excuse for a pizzeria calls "pizza". Not only did it arrive 2.5 hours late it was also Ice cold, hard as stone and tasted abysmal. I would willingly pay twice the amount I paid just to forget this experience.

11/01/2025: Ordered through Glovo, Very Fat Chicken, I only ate 1 small piece.... Potatoes inedible too much Pepper Delivery late, but that's the lesser evil. I wanted to try a different chicken but it went badly.

07/10/2025: ⚠️ I lost €4,000 because of this place. I ordered a new laptop from the official Dell website (worth €4,000). According to the proof of delivery, the BRT courier delivered the package to this bar: the family's son signed for it, but never delivered it to me. I showed all the evidence to the courier and my lawyer, but so far I have received no help or a refund. A very serious and disappointing experience. If your package is important, don't have it delivered here—always verify the delivery, because you might not receive it.

14/09/2025: Terrible service, plus they charge €2 for parcel collection which should be free for us since they receive money from the contract they have with local couriers to act as a stop point.

20/07/2025: We ordered a devil's pizza from Glovo to share. Besides the fact that it took an hour for it to arrive, I had to call the restaurant after half an hour of waiting, and they said "it's about to leave now." When the delivery guy arrived, I got out, and he didn't even look at me. The pizza was truly terrible: sticky, soggy, and raw dough! The ingredients on top were all burnt, piled on top, and of terrible quality. I swear it makes my throat burn. I would have preferred to set fire to the money I wasted.

20/09/2025: An experience not to be repeated. Extremely dirty tablecloths, terrible food, and ridiculous prices! Not recommended.

01/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance on a Sunday for lunch. The place was neglected and unkempt, with stained tablecloths. Cover charge was €3! Extremely slow, exasperating service (considering there were only three of us). The mixed antipasto was barely passable, with an abundance of very sour pickles. Moldy olives! The aiucca soup was good, but a 45-minute wait seemed excessive, even for an express dish, and the price, €20, was unheard of! Avoid the bathroom, which was in unacceptable conditions for a restaurant. The prices were Michelin-starred... completely unjustified. AVOID.

11/08/2025: GROSS!!! I spent €28 and ended up putting everything in the bin. Nice owner and it looks nice from the outside but everything else about the shop is disgusting and expensive. It is totally gross and rank. The cheese is literally rotting on the counter in front of the customers nose. Food has maggots in it. Bread and pastries are weeks old. What a total rip off. I am sorry to write such a bad review but this shop is a health hazard and something needs to be said. I am struggling to get over the bad experience and move on. To be charged exorbitant prices for stale and old food is outrageous. The maggots are bad enough but the way the owner pretends to be nice and kindly only to literally feed you maggots is really hard to forget. Gross. I am shocked that this shop has not been closed down.

10/08/2025: It's absolutely outrages! The place is really nice as it's attractive! The prices are absolutely insane. 35 euros a kg of pizza! The one I bought wasn't fresh, I had to throw it. It was hard and dry. I went back to the store and she told me that I should have brought it back. Keep in mind that I went hiking and told her before I bought it. The cookie was 4.10 and it was stale and dry as probably no one buys them. Only tourists who have no idea how the products are or the price as for most products no prices are posted. No idea why it's possible! Guardia di Finance and Health Department should pay a visit. I don't know how she can sell those stale, hard, and dry products at such high price. All in all, for a pizza, a cookie, and an apple I paid 20 euros. At a restaurant, I could pay the same or less, plus a drink! It's absolutely outrages that the business have run in such a lovely village. I'm sure that people from it, know about it. Hope something is done about it!

01/10/2025: I got a Grom ice cream cone. Unpresentable! The ice cream was incredibly hard…you could only bite into it. So hard that the scoops were falling out. The cone came from a plastic box, like the cookies grandma hides from her grandchildren. To top it all off…the lady didn't even smile…

06/09/2025: Very expensive, juices cost €4.50 for a narrow glass, but they're diluted and watered down! We won't be back!

03/09/2025: Two coffees served cold at the table, because the two young men were chatting away without anyone else at the counter, for the modest sum of €4.60. Not even in Piazza San Carlo do you get these prices. I don't want to think about how much a normal breakfast would have cost.
