03/08/2025: Extremely slow service, they got the orders wrong for all three tables that were occupied, the fried food was full of oil, the steak was badly cooked, the only decent side was fries, and the price was high for the service and food offered. Not recommended.

La signora deputata alla cottura dei panini in affanno continua a dire "che ansia" "cos'hanno da guardare" "se hanno fretta posso andarsene" . Tutto davanti ai clienti. Si sono persi ordini, conteggi di panini sbagliati... Davvero disagiate. Non consiglio

I found the prices displayed a bit steep, but I figured it was worth it. So I visited the restaurant's website, where I was insistently offered to book online. I was persuaded, filled out the form, and submitted it correctly. I received the booking confirmation by email. I showed up at the agreed-upon time and found it closed. I can only add: even leaving aside the laziness and lack of professionalism, why on earth did they leave the tables set?

14/07/2025: La scorsa settimana con mio compagno, mi sono recata alle gru a fare un giro per negozi. Abbiamo deciso di fare un aperitivo da dezzutto (mi risulta essere stato comprato dal gruppo gerla). 2 prosecchi al tavolo 14€. Non contesto il prezzo ma alla richiesta di portare delle patatine mi hanno risposto che non erano disponibili e ci dovevamo accontentare delle olive. Servizio scortese. Sconsigliato. Ovviamente 1 stella !

15/04/2025: You know when they say "I give one star because the algorithm won't let you give any less"? This is exactly the case for the unspeakability of this place which has repeatedly proven to be indecent, both in terms of the quality of the food it offers and the rudeness of those who work there (the only one who survives is the girl with black hair, who has demonstrated her kindness several times, and it is right to recognize it). 4 coffees out of 5 burnt, teaspoons encrusted with dirt, unsold croissants left in the window for days (despite what the clever owners believe, we can easily notice it) and sold at the same price as the fresh ones. It is the customer who has to worry about getting up and looking around for napkins and sugar as well as insisting on having a glass of water, usually discounted when you ask for €1.30 of coffee; Furthermore, you are lucky if the glass is neither dirty nor chipped. You greet without receiving an answer and receive rude and annoyed responses combined with snorts, despite the kindness used and the respect towards the work of others. To make sure we don't miss out on anything, the waiting times are exhausting both to order and to receive what we paid: almost always for two coffees you have to wait 15 minutes, you might as well walk two minutes more to reach the next bar and receive a more friendly and attentive staff who should be in your best interest. It should be noted that, most of the time, the waits are not due to the crowding of the place or the busyness of the staff but to the little consideration they have for the customers. The bartender couldn't have found a more suitable place for him to be hired: he makes comments and annoyed faces every time you ask him something politely, without even worrying about not being noticed. Likewise, the owner gives an example of the requirements needed to be hired: she seems convinced that the location of her "bar" can justify everything that has been listed so far. As a library visitor I tried for more than a year to give this place the opportunity to prove itself wrong but it never wanted to do so. In conclusion, the centrality of the area is not worth the experience in this place: if you like the idea of ​​having a stomach ache immediately after a coffee, then it is the right place to go.

22/07/2025: Croissant e pasticceria di indiscussa qualità conosciuta da tutti gli Alessandrini. In città è il più bel bar-pasticceria per mio gusto. Prezzi alti ma giustificati dalla posizione centrale, dallo stile raffinato e dalla scelta/bontà. Scelta fissa per colazioni o merende buonissime!

Personale gentile e premuroso, un abbraccio speciale va a Deta, la signora che sta alla cassa e che ci ha guidate nella vasta scelta della patisserié da colazione. Gentilissima e dolce.
