A trattoria bar just the way I like it, simple, family-run, with simple but functional furnishings, in a side street a few steps from the central pedestrian area. Excellent food, prepared with care and skill. The owner who waits at the tables, at the bar and also takes care of the cooking is friendly and kind. All set in an environment as it once was, where the "veterans" of the town (Torre Pellice has around 4,500 inhabitants) meet to chat, have a drink or have lunch. Ah, I forgot: absolutely modest prices.
