27/03/2025: Better not to comment on my experience. I just know that we will never go back again.

16/02/2025: I went for dinner and found the fish falling apart when I picked it up with chopsticks. The "fire" dish tasted like charcoal. The service was attentive and helpful. I prefer raw dishes, but I recommend the cooked ones here. Parking is difficult because it's right in the middle of Santa Rita.

18/08/2025: Stay away from this place. It has no seriousness in its service and no professionalism. They take reservations, you receive an email asking you to confirm your arrival, and when you arrive, it's closed. They waste your time. They don't let you know they'll be closing that day. So, it's a high-risk establishment.

05/06/2025: Trattandosi del ristorante di un hotel 4 stelle 🌟 non potrebbe essere diversamente: grande sala, anche per accogliere utenti di convegni ed eventi che si svolgono nella struttura; camerieri vestiti.. formalmente, tavoli ben sistemati e distanziati…, ed anche ovviamente ottimo menù, anche se non troppo dispersivo… Per quanto provato ottimo il vitello tonnato, i tagliolini “molti tuorli” agli asparagi ed il bonet quale dessert, con due calici di vino dei Colli Tortonesi…, l’ormai famoso Timorasso… Porzioni abbondanti, prezzi equi e servizio cordiale ma “da signori”, quindi locale .. da tornarci…

30/08/2025: Lovely place. Prices are adequate for the city center, aperitivo is good. One of the tastiest Aperol spritz in the city, imho. Sometimes you need to catch the waiter to make the order if you are sitting outside, even though it’s not very crowdy))

29/08/2025: Aperitif with mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets, and mayonnaise on top... why? This place, once the birthplace of the Negroni, has unfortunately lost its authentic savoir-faire. Today, it's become little more than a tourist attraction: the decor is worth a look, but not the drink.

11/08/2025: I recently visited this bar, restaurant, and pizzeria... the coffee is truly excellent, the best I've had in the area. The real surprise, however, was the friendliness of the people who work there: the super-kind and cheerful barista makes you feel right at home. The owner, who's my age, is also very helpful and friendly, which makes the atmosphere even more welcoming. Besides the pleasant atmosphere, the products are high-quality, and you can see the care taken in selecting and preparing them. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to eat well and spend time with genuine and friendly people.

25/07/2025: The pinsa wasn't very good, the tomato was sour. I didn't find the quality of the Mondofoods I was used to.

16/07/2025: Small, simple place with a friendly welcome and a passionate chef. Business lunch and à la carte menus.

09/04/2025: Terrible. The photos of 4kg of overcooked, unseasoned pasta say it all. The old glories of the farmhouse disappeared with the previous owner years ago. So did the cleanliness, and the owner is dirty and dishonest, with no prices or receipts. I'm attaching photos that are public on the Facebook page, so they won't notice. I'll let you know the whipped cream, but I'd encourage you to look at the condition of the dishcloth.

15/07/2025: Cool and casual outdoor seating, friendly and helpful staff, prompt service, excellent aperitifs with a platter of cured meats and traditional cheeses. Prices are reasonable. Visited in July 2025 with family. Silvia.

14/07/2025: We stumbled upon this place after a long motorcycle trip, seeing other places and exorbitant prices. Drawn by the chalkboard menu, reasonable prices, and beautiful outdoor seating, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome, kindness, and quality of the food. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Congratulations!

16/07/2025: The sushi is very good and there's a wide selection. The place is well-kept and the staff is very friendly.

11/04/2025: Tiramisu in Italy is amazing pretty much everywhere but this place does my favourite of them all 👌

26/03/2025: We were there for dinner. Atmosphere is SUPER, you can reach it with a 20 mins ride on a snowmobile that is per se a super cool experience. Food was good, in line with what you would expect from a chalet on top of the mountain, it did not disappoint but nothing was WOW. Service was superb and the waiter was very helpful and accomodating

17/05/2025: Sono sicura che si sarebbe mangiato bene.Tra antipasto e secondo un'attesa esagerata.Locale pienissimo e probabilmente personale insufficiente.Dopo tanti solleciti,il cameriere tornato dalla cucina,ci dice di rivolgerci al responsabile.....diciamo poco gentile........

08/03/2025: In giro per baveno in cerca di un bel posto per cenare, ci consigliano questo ristorante. Cameriere molto gentile e professionale, locale accogliente ed elegante. Scelta di piatti limitata ma di ottima qualità, con porzioni adeguate.

21/02/2025: Ci siamo capitati per caso durante una giornata sul Lago Maggiore. Locale accogliente, servizio cortese con le giuste tempistiche. Piatti con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Discreta carta dei vini.

31/08/2025: They're fast food, so there's no escape. A must-try is the babysitting service advertised with stickers on the seats. No bibs or placemats for them. Children's entertainment is okay.

01/04/2025: Visited for the first time, I liked the welcome and the food but above all the simple environment; many Japanese restaurants exaggerate with sumptuous furnishings, inflating the price of the menu and cover charge. Dogs allowed and great price. I'll be back.

13/03/2025: I've been coming to this restaurant for a long time, and it feels like home now. The food is excellent, and both the owner and her daughters are wonderful!
