19/04/2026: I visited Coco Caffè Bistrot recently and overall the experience was decent, although there were some areas that could be improved. The atmosphere is definitely one of its strong points: well-kept, elegant, yet youthful and pleasant for an aperitif with friends. The rest of the team was also friendly and helpful. The aperitifs are excellent and well-presented, but there's room for improvement in terms of flavor. As for the service, when the place is busy, the wait times can be a bit longer, but that's understandable given the crowd. A less positive note was the behavior of two waitresses, one blonde and one brunette, whom I personally found unprofessional in some situations outside of work. They would greet customers and walk out on us. I saw them hanging out with more than one customer, but they were busy with girls I know, which affected the overall impression of the place. Overall, a place with potential, especially the atmosphere, but some details could be improved to offer a truly complete experience.

28/03/2026: Every time I go to Casale, I have my coffee with milk at Coco's, since my dear friend Jimena is there. It's always an adventure; she almost never gets it exactly how I want it, but her smile and attentiveness make up for it. Dear friend, see you soon, a hug, and happy holidays!

11/03/2026: I search for an ice cream shop on Google, and find this one... I see "Sunday open until 10:30 PM"... Well, I get in the car and head there... I arrive at 8:30 PM: locked out! I'm so sorry. If you post hours, stick to them or bother changing them on Google. This is also called customer service, but instead they demonstrate indifference and superficiality. Update Sunday in July, sunny and hot, ice cream shop closed at 3:50 PM... They have a great nose for business! Update 2: In response to your comment, I tell you that I didn't insult anyone, and if you don't know how to work in sales, don't do it. I've already found a very good alternative.

19/11/2025: What a shame! You ask for a latte and they charge you for the coffee and the glass of milk, and they don't even have it in the price list. Pathetic.

30/10/2025: Pleasant, very happy. I came in after a shocking medical visit at the hospital, and coming in helped me feel better: the lady's smile warmed my heart, and the kindness with which I was served helped me feel better. I'll definitely be back 🩷

26/04/2026: Very nice location, but otherwise I wouldn't go back. The service wasn't the best, the staff was rude ❌️ and we waited a WHOLE 2 HOURS 🕑 for our food (with a reservation), but the food wasn't worth the wait. We were at a birthday party and they didn't even cut the cake 😡!!! Overall, very disappointed, we wouldn't go back.

13/04/2026: A beach club in one of the most beautiful spots in the Canavese area. Membership is required to enter. It has a bar and restaurant and private parking. The club organizes themed dinners and many events. Exercise and yoga classes are available.

15/05/2026: As a train conductor, I often find myself having coffee there with colleagues. Unfortunately, not all the baristas are friendly, considering their job involves contact with the public. I'll consider other places. The cashier and the girl with short blonde hair were really rude.

19/12/2025: The staff is incredibly kind and fast. Excellent options for vegetarians like me. Even the sweet piadinas are delicious. Excellent!!! Spectacular team!!! I've read some reviews with complaints, and I'm sad that people, when it comes to their own personal interests, forget that they're human beings who are helping us, who rush as much as they can to get our orders out quickly and still be tasty, and who are expected to be kind even to rude customers. And especially close to closing time, the staff at all establishments are required to clean all their equipment before leaving, so if someone happens to come in at the last minute and wants to eat and the staff says it's closed, they should be understood that they also have personal lives and families. Let's try to be more empathetic!
