11/01/2026: Beautiful restaurant with a very well-kept and spacious dining room.
Service by two different generations: the young one is very professional ☆☆☆☆, the other perhaps too genuine☆.
Excellent raw materials ☆☆☆☆☆, perhaps they could be handled in a more professional and less basic/homemade way ☆, to serve dishes in line with the prices typical of a good restaurant.

29/07/2025: Viajando con un grupo de 33 personas, cenamos en este atractivo restaurante anoche. Pasando por el comedor principal hacia atrás hay un comedor al aire libre con plantas y arbustos. El servicio fue rápido y eficiente. Empezamos con una ensalada mixta, que tenía muchos trozos de tomate. Lo siguiente fue muy buen risotto de hongos, y una galette de queso y espinacas. Me hubiera gustado tener algo de guarnición en el plato.
20/07/2025: Certo, non sarà il Grand Hotel Et Des Iles Borromees, ma se cercate un buon alberghetto tranquillo, in pieno centro a Stresa, a 3 minuti a piedi dal lago e dall'imbarcadero, con camere essenziali ma pulitissime e perfettamente insonorizzate con bagno con sanitari rinnovati, e letto supercomodo, il Fiorentino fa per voi. Molto gentili il signor Federico e i suoi collaboratori, pronti a soddisfare ogni necessità; convenzionale, ma con prodotti di qualità dolci e salati (veramente ottime le marmellate) la colazione, con bevande calde espresse direttamente dal bar. Prezzo nella norma. Possibilità di usufruire di un ottimo servizio ristorante (che ho già valutato positivamente in passato).

25/09/2025: A true neighborhood gathering place. My husband and I luckily discovered not far from our hotel. Excellent Aperol Spritz and accompanied by a small assortment of complimentary appetizers.
Very reasonable and we plan to return in the a.m. for cappuccino and pastry. A hidden gem in Turino.
23/07/2025: The coffee is okay, but the service is terrible, and the staff is rude and unfriendly.

28/10/2025: The piadinas are delicious (except for the two Nutella baby piadinas I bought last time: they were overcooked and split in two, like a biscuit... which isn't usually the case). The service is perfect, and the piadinas are delicious. I gave the atmosphere one star because, honestly, it's lacking in hygiene and cleanliness. The restroom also leaves a bit to be desired.
27/10/2025: 5 Stars! Even during closing time, they managed to accommodate my request! Super good piadina! 🔝

We get along very well with the staff.
Susanna and Sonia are excellent.
The food is excellent.
The price is excellent.
01/04/2026: A medium-sized, unpretentious restaurant. The cuisine is varied and very good. At least, we liked what we ordered. Moderate prices. Welcoming and professional staff. Definitely a place to return to.

Staff very kind and friendly....
But very loud even at nights yelling banging noises and in morning times also very loud.....all in all not again....not the type of hotel I'm used to.....

For the sake of fairness, everything should be updated so customers don't go there for nothing.
