02/05/2025: I found myself on the run for an errand and chose soogreen for a short lunch break. As soon as I entered the girls were immediately available and friendly to ask me what I needed. They sat me down immediately and were quick to bring me what I requested. Clean and well furnished room

05/08/2025: We came in for a quick lunch, ordered a fresh boom and an insalata. We waited over half an hour for my friend's salad, only to find out later that the girls had completely forgotten about it. The food is really good, but the portions are truly meager. They served me a sandwich with a tiny, embarrassing bowl of salad—you really look worse not to serve it, all for €9. It's a shame, you could have great potential and attract many more customers.

03/08/2025: I had two Caesar salads and I have to say... the iceberg lettuce was old, the white part was yellow, as was the apple cut beyond the oxidation of the air... unfortunately, the salad was from a supermarket but not fresh, and for the price, it should be served in a paper bowl and with a skimpy napkin. Nice place, but the welcome was cold and very expensive considering the salads weren't fresh... I don't think I'll return.

29/06/2025: Abbiamo pranzato con famiglia e amici: la location è bella, spaziosa e fresca. All'aperto si possono ammirare vari animal da fattoria. Il cibo è ottimo e in particolare abbiamo apprezzato l'insalata di pollo, tenerissima, il risotto al Castelmagno e il brasato. Il servizio è efficiente. Personale veloce e gentile. Consigliatissimo!

25/06/2025: Honestly, I don't usually leave negative reviews. I'd rather leave nothing at all. I'm gluten intolerant and I had specifically chosen this piadineria because the website states that they offer gluten-free piadinas. I arranged to stop by on the fly, between one commitment and another, to grab something to eat before returning to work. When I got to the place, I waited several minutes at the counter without anyone paying attention to me, even though there were people inside (only 1 employee). When I was finally able to ask if they actually had gluten-free piadinas, I had to wait another few minutes to receive an answer... which unfortunately was negative: they don't make them. In the end, I wasted a quarter of an hour, I couldn't eat anything, and I had to leave on an empty stomach. The advice I can give is simply to update the information on the website, so as to avoid unpleasant mix-ups for those who, like me, have specific dietary needs. It would have been enough to know this beforehand to organize myself differently.

10/03/2025: Personale gentile, locale carino e pulito, il cibo molto buono e ben presentato. Non è il solito ristorante di cucina giapponese italianizzata, ma la cucina è originale e sono anche piatti koreani e tailandesi. Anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono

30/06/2025: Unfortunately, an experience bordering on decency. The room was not clean: we found dead insects in the bathroom and ants everywhere. The air conditioning did not work, making the night really difficult. Apparently, reading the previous reviews, it is a problem known for a long time and never solved. The biggest inconvenience, however, was the total absence of staff: after check-in there was no one at the reception, neither to report the problems nor at check-out. Our expectations were not high, but we did not think we would leave disappointed.

10/08/2025: It is unacceptable to also charge 20 euros for the entrance fee for 2 small children after we were forced to escape after 10 minutes from the excessive heat due to the lack of air conditioning when outside it is 35 degrees in the middle of summer with the sun coming in from every facade with the risk that the children would feel ill and even the adults who were visibly in pitiful and suffering conditions.

20/07/2025: Excellent summer camp. Designed for children, good food, and fun, varied activities. Important note: 4.5-year-old daughter.

07/06/2025: A place for a pleasant stop. A simple place where you can organize birthday parties for children. There are animals, cows, chickens, peacocks, goats. Plus an ice cream shop with artisanal ice cream and the possibility of purchasing dairy products produced by the owners themselves.

03/09/2025: The basics of professionalism and organization needed to manage a restaurant, from the kitchen to the dining room, are lacking. Service is always inconsistent, slow, and disorganized. Dishes are never served at the same time, orders are too often forgotten, and the kitchen is slow, causing inconvenience to the diners. I notified them a month in advance that there would be 30 people for lunch and agreed on a menu. I insisted there would be no mistakes, and they reassured me. However, the worst happened: a wait of over an hour for a plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce, which arrived cold, sticky, and disgusting. My guests, customers, and colleagues were very angry, and I made a terrible impression on all my guests; I truly felt cheated. Luckily, there are organized restaurants in the area with professional kitchens and excellent service. Never again. I urge Rossopomodoro to reconsider this management, which does not contribute to the chain's reputation. Having polite and friendly staff is not enough.

31/08/2025: An hour's wait before being served, the cutlet was waiting for an hour and never arrived, so the little girl was left without dinner, everything too confusing, kitchen and dining room zero communication, I feel sorry for the girls who work there who are very nice and kind, the girl who probably manages the restaurant zero regard for the customers, the few dishes that arrived were of low quality, we definitely won't be back

03/07/2025: Truly a very charming place. Modern industrial. Beautiful. In addition to eating and drinking, you want to stop to work or study. I had lunch with the 23 euro formula. You can eat what you want and as much as you want. A buffet of vegetables, proteins and rice or cold salads already prepared. Giant and unlimited. Hot dishes of the day and you can choose between two first courses, two second courses and two hot side dishes.

28/06/2025: Great, I wrote 7 years ago. I'm back today (20.6.25) after reopening. How sad to remember how it was before! Well, let's hope it's just because it's being tested. Encouragement is a must, but it's also a must that we get busy. This is not how it should be. P.S. Friendly staff, it must be said.

26/05/2025: The structure is beautiful, the staff is kind. Lots of potential, but eating a standard-sized toast (the Maxi size is served in almost all places now) with cold ham and untoasted bread is not pleasant. Then to find out that you pay one euro more than average. Come on guys, you can do much better.

26/07/2025: Nice venue for concerts and bars. Hard to find at night; signs would be helpful.
