15/09/2025: A charming place, both for the restaurant itself and for the spectacular view of Monviso and its mountain range, recently run by a small group (four or five) of young people (all under 25, I'd say), who are capable, courteous, and, given the times, even courageous.
The dishes we tasted, mostly traditional Piedmontese, were all highly appreciated for their quality, quantity, and even presentation, more reminiscent of a city restaurant than a mountain restaurant.
What more can I say? Congratulations, and let's hope their courage and (undoubted) skill pay off.
They deserve it.

05/12/2025: It would have been nice to be able to try it. In the morning they had told us that the kitchen service was until 2.00 pm and then until 1.30 pm. In the end, after an excursion, we arrived a little late at 1.30 pm, the kitchen was closed and they didn't even try to offer an alternative, not even a sandwich... wonderful desolate lands and hospitality could have made the difference.
21/11/2025: On the road from Novara to Mortara, you can find this restaurant in the municipality of Nibbiola. A set menu lunch is sufficient, worth trying once, and then returning... no.

11/12/2025: I took a homemade Fassona hamburger that is definitely a must-try if you appreciate quality ingredients and a gourmet twist on a classic favorite.
What made the experience even more special was the addition of artichoke, which added a unique, slightly earthy flavor that paired beautifully with the meat. Every bite felt balanced and satisfying, a perfect combination of fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation.

07/02/2026: The truth is, it was well located and connected by public transport, but we had the bad luck that the tram line that stopped right next to the hotel was under construction, so we had to walk to the next stop. To make matters worse, we happened to be there during a demonstration, and public transport wasn't running, so we walked to the city center to explore it. The breakfast had a bit of everything and something for everyone.
06/02/2026: The rooms were clean and well-appointed, although the third bed hadn't been made up and we had to wait a good half hour for the maid to arrive. A bothersome smoke smell came from the ventilation ducts and lingered in the bathroom and the room entrance for the entire stay. The staff were friendly and helpful; the breakfast was plentiful and varied. Convenient checkout at 12:00 PM.

04/03/2026: Delicious raclette with potatoes and cured meats, as well as grilled vegetables, onions and olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and homemade bread. A cozy and welcoming atmosphere with a fireplace, and a very friendly owner. Highly recommended!

11/05/2026: It's a very nice place, especially outside the terrace. They seated us right away, no wait, and the waiters were very kind and professional.
The only thing is that we had to wait a bit after ordering, but that's a good thing because the pizza is incredibly good and tasty, the new dragon pizzas are good, and the spring roll is delicious.
I would definitely go back.
20/03/2026: I come here often with my wife and occasionally with my son or with a group of friends. The food is always good, it's cheap, and the service is pleasant.
The pizza is Chinese-style, so thin and with thin edges. It has to be a popular type of pizza, and they do.
Definitely recommended!

10/06/2026: It feels like staying at an aunt's house down in Sicily. The hospitality is top notch and they pay special attention if there are children at the table. From sweet to savory, if like me you are of Sicilian origins, the game is done. I will definitely be back. P.S. My daughter wanted to eat the whole spleen sandwich.
