11/09/2025: Came with my family who have Italian roots. Our "antipasti" was delicious. Vitello tornato is recommended. The mushroom pasta that I chose as a main course was delicious. The pasta cooked to the right consistency and a good portion of mushrooms. The service was excellent. I will be back!

09/09/2025: In a group of 5, we arrived shortly after opening and proceeded to stay until after 10. The waiter and owner were friendly and came to chat with us. We had the seafood and cold cut and mozzarella sharing platers, which were very nice, but the star of the starters was the vitello tonnato which had an amazing tonnata sauce and well cooked vitello. The pizza were very large but delicious. Definitely worth a visit

04/06/2025: We ate here for lunch. The first courses were good with good quality ingredients, the mix of cured meats was a bit disappointing. The service was polite, not very fast but attentive. We also bought some house wines at a competitive price... very good

06/09/2025: The sandwich was good but the problem was that I had ordered a sandwich with two portions of chips and two portions of chicken wings and I received a hamburger with only one portion of chips and the chicken wings were two in one package and only 1 in the other.

05/09/2025: They're selling 33cl cans of Menu that are actually 50cl without refunds or discounts. This is due to a problem with the soda machine. A multinational that doesn't know how to adapt and has poor problem solving skills. Not even a free product to truly apologize for the inconvenience. Just tell the customer that it's a bit like that. My advice is to go to another McDonald's.

18/07/2025: Total disappointment – little attention paid to those with intolerances. A truly negative experience. We went to this restaurant with high expectations, but were very disappointed. My fiancé is celiac, and despite carefully reading the menu, it wasn't clearly specified which dishes contained gluten. We ordered a dish that seemed safe, but only after we started eating did we realize it contained flour. We immediately reported the matter to the staff, but their only reaction was to remove the dish from the table, without apology, without offering an alternative, much less a refund, or even the slightest bit of extra attention. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially when health is involved. A restaurant that doesn't properly manage allergies or food intolerances puts its customers at risk. We won't return and we don't recommend it.

22/08/2025: No desire to do their job well. They asked for an affogato, which is coffee and ice cream for those who aren't in the business like those who work at Perugina. The result was a sundae with pieces of marron glacé and ice cream: €8. Nothing to reproach them for; those who don't want to do their job should find something else.

20/07/2025: A two-flavor ice cream for €3, okay, with the opening of the tube you have to dare, but let it be two, not one and a half, because the most popular flavor is just to be tasted.

10/06/2025: Aperitif for 8 people booked a week in advance to share a very important moment. Served a drink each with three pan pizzas and two plates with a few pieces of farinata to share. We order a second round and are told that the food is finished. Two small plates are brought with the leftovers from the packets of crisps. Reported at the cashier, and not even a discount or an apology. Paid 134 euros just for a drink. Needless to say how sorry we were towards our guests who left very disappointed.

15/08/2025: August 15th to forget.. poor quality and poor food. Never again..! We were attracted by a flyer advertising the August 15th lunch with a nice caption "my grandmother cooks, nothing else, everything packaged and plated 🤢. Money wasted!

15/08/2025: One star is even too much. I was lured in for Ferragosto by a flyer given to me at the cheese counter at the Alba market by the owner's daughter, who said it would be a homemade lunch with local products and cooked by her grandmother. Terrible food, industrial cured meats, and crappy packaged foods. The cake was two pre-baked layers with a bit of industrial cream in the center. A waste of money. If I went to McDonald's, I'd eat much better. Never again... A rip-off.

21/04/2025: In occasioni come il pranzo di Pasqua si rischia spesso di incappare in delusioni, con prezzi non all'altezza della qualità offerta. Invece lo staff della Vecchia Giacobba ha saputo offrire un buonissimo pranzo di Pasqua, con quantità e qualità delle portate degna della migliore tradizione piemontese. Servizio cortese e in tempi ragionevoli, prezzo adeguato (40 euro vini inclusi) senza rinunciare ad un rapporto informale ed amichevole con i clienti. Allego la foto del menù, tutti piatti ottimi, tranne i ravioli che purtroppo non erano all'altezza. Bevande: prosecco di benvenuto, favorita o arneis, barbera Vinchio Vaglio, vino da dessert dolce o secco, caffè e digestivo e naturalmente acqua tutto compreso nel prezzo. Per ogni portata minimo due passaggi. Direi che non si può pretendere di più......

23/08/2025: The staff at this place is awful. We called two hundred times, sent two hundred emails to book, and the woman on the phone couldn't even tell us in a month whether or not the reservation, two months out, was feasible. There's truly no respect for the customer. An unacceptable situation. Their professionalism is truly subpar, and then they say there's a crisis and hoteliers are in trouble if we continue like this, it will only get worse.

22/08/2025: Good quality pizzeria restaurant. Typical Piedmontese cuisine. Must try.

19/08/2025: I trusted the reviews... and I ordered takeout. The service was relatively quick, but the food was dry, lacking in seasoning, and the portions were ridiculous. If you're craving Chinese food, it's best to go to another restaurant.

06/07/2025: Every time I am in Turin I stop here to get take-away. Everything is very good, different types of menu (I recommend the original Chinese menu).

14/09/2025: Good location, a 9-minute walk from the metro. I received many promises that the air conditioning would be fixed, but they didn't succeed. The room wasn't as expected.

13/09/2025: Quiet location with private parking. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very spacious and clean, with two TVs and a large shower.

04/06/2025: As a trucker's lunch it's obviously fine....one flaw is that at the entrance to the restaurant there's an unpleasant smell....the rest is fine.

02/03/2025: We went to the restaurant today and we were satisfied with the dishes we ordered: all good and excellent price.
