20/08/2025: Terrible experience, absolutely avoid. I was deeply disappointed with this gelateria. During our visit, the staff, especially the lady in charge of the gelato, demonstrated a complete lack of respect and professionalism. While my friend was simply ordering his gelato, he was taunted with inappropriate and sarcastic jokes, as if he were a spectacle to be mocked. This was unacceptable behavior. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude to all the customers, even urging older people to "hurry up" with their flavors, despite the place being practically empty. No patience, no courtesy, just haste and rudeness. To make matters worse, we weren't even allowed to sit at the tables, even though they were completely empty. A place that should offer a moment of pleasure turned into an unpleasant and humiliating experience. We will never return, and I strongly advise anyone who values ​​respect and kindness to look elsewhere.

19/06/2025: Nice place, contemporary and clean with enough space for a stroller. The staff are very nice. EDIT: just realized that we were charged 13€ for a coffee, an Americano and gum 😒. Which is very expensive for Turin, so probably we paid for the other couple having lunch.

17/05/2025: Io e la mia famiglia siamo andati a mangiare al sushi.Siamo venuti qui perché era vicino a dove abitiamo quindi siamo venuti qui.Quando siamo arrivati il tablet era scarico ma non ci abbiamo dato peso e abbiamo continuato ad ordinare.Non specificava se era All you can eat quindi abbiamo chiesto al cameriere che non parlava italiano quindi gli abbiamo parlato in inglese ma non lo parlava.Il tablet era al 2% ma fortunatamente mio padre aveva il power bank e gliel’abbiamo caricato noi.Eravamo in 3 e il massimo di piatti per 3 persone era di 15 piatti ad ordine quindi abbiamo dovuto togliere quasi tutto.Il prezzo finale era di 53€

26/08/2025: We stayed there for two weeks in August this year with our camper. The site is beautiful, everything is kept clean, and waste separation is a priority. The beach is grassy, ​​which I find more pleasant than sand. There are also shady spots here. The restaurant is decent, with reasonable food at reasonable prices. Check-in and check-out were quick, and there was even a member of staff who understood and spoke German. For the younger guests, there was a kids' disco in the evenings, and there was a foam party for the kids. We found our stay there to be very pleasant and relaxing.

24/08/2025: The campsite has large pitches, and the reception team is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is really good, although spritzers aren't on the menu, but you can order them without any problem, and you'll have plenty of choice. The restaurant prices are very affordable. Regarding swimming, the beach is small but very clean. The same goes for the restrooms. As for the drawbacks, unfortunately, they don't depend on the campsite: The site is under a flight path, so it can be annoying at night. Personally, I used earplugs... very effective. This allowed me to deal with the disturbance of neighbors' late-night conversations. I should point out that if you're looking for absolute peace and quiet on a campsite, don't go to a campsite :) Otherwise, for sightseeing, don't plan on taking the bus; it's a real pain, use your car. I gave it a 5 because the establishment is nice but is let down by external factors that don't reflect the team's efforts to make your stay enjoyable.

07/06/2025: Ottima pizzeria in centro a Vercelli, personale cortese e disponibile, locale pulito e ben tenuto ottima qualità delle pizze servizio veloce e tempestivo, volevo fare una menzione particolare per il cameriere Aldo super gentilissimo velocissimo ed educato sempre disponibile a verificare se tutto procedeva per il verso giusto consigliato

09/05/2025: "Originale gestione del conto" Ordino un menù fisso a 13€, probabilmente non ci capiamo e mi portano solo il secondo (cose che capitano, ci mancherebbe), MA in cassa, dopo essersi scusati per l'errore, mi addebitano 12€ per il solo secondo + 2€ di coperto; scopro in seguito che i colleghi che hanno preso menù fisso avevano il coperto incluso. Quindi 13€ menù completo contro 14€ solo secondo. Essendo di fretta (il servizio è stato piuttosto lento nonostante il locale semi-vuoto) non ho fatto storie ma è una cosa senza senso.
