The young staff was friendly, but a bit hectic – plates were cleared away even though we were still eating. There's still room for improvement.

We've discovered Luca's extreme kindness, a discreet and attentive young man. His popcorn with a "secret" ingredient is unparalleled in its deliciousness, and the genius of Luca's idea is worthy of our attention. Kudos to the entire staff. Highly recommended.

13/09/2025: The aperitif was paltry: 7.99 for a drink and a mixed plate, the sign says, but if you order two because you're a couple, the drink is double, but the main course is still one, and it's paltry, too. You'd expect minimal variety with the mixed plate, but instead you get a plate full of supermarket-quality tortillas to dip in tomato salsa, four equally mediocre onion rings, and four tiny pieces of plain quesadilla.

27/03/2026: Outside the café, you can enjoy a sundowner or two (or even three!) or simply relax with a coffee. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. I always enjoy stopping by for an aperitif.

27/03/2025: Wine shop / cocktail bar located right in the Duomo square of Pinerolo. Nice interior with soft lighting. Wide choice of wines with some excellent labels from all over Italy, something from France and a few bottles from various areas of the world. There is also a decent selection of wines by the glass. Prices normal.

Only on the third attempt was the meat fully cooked – however, the repeated reheating made it dry and unappealing. The children's schnitzels seemed to have been industrially prepared, as they were all identically shaped and very tough. The fish plate consisted of small pieces of fish with a lot of skin and hardly any meat, heavily fried and coated in a thick, floury coating – tasteless. Another dish wasn't even cooked but still appeared on the bill. The staff didn't respond to this with understanding or an apology, but rather with a discussion. The pork, which we complained about, was also charged in full. The portions were small overall. It was obvious that ready-made products were being used; fresh herbs or attractive presentation were nowhere to be found. The service was slow, unfriendly, and made little effort to make the experience pleasant. The owner was present, but he acted hectic and unfriendly, didn't greet us upon entering or leaving the restaurant, and generally didn't give a professional impression. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've ever had. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot recommend it. ...
