Had a great experience at Farinella. The food was delicious, especially the Buffalotta pizza and the Carbonara — both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. Great atmosphere, good service, and quality ingredients. Definitely recommended if you want authentic Italian food!

Overcooked pasta and gnocchi with little seasoning and flavor. Cooking skills are less than adequate. High prices and poor quality. Go elsewhere.

The pizza tasted very good. A bit spicy, the crust was really excellent. The cappuccino tasted good but was a bit lukewarm. We ate inside and smelled a peculiar odor right from the start. At some point, we realized what it was. Dogs are allowed INSIDE. Too bad we had already ordered.

Nuova Trattoria Asmara

02/07/2026: If we imagine a restaurant as a pyramid, we're at the base, if not the basement. An unpretentious place where a heroic owner cooks and serves, not for a group of gourmets, but for people who need to feed themselves every day. The regulars are instantly recognizable, but they're not the only ones. A fixed menu, a few dishes, but all rigorously cooked "just like at home." The prices aren't competitive: they're unbeatable, but evidently, and fortunately, the lady who runs it manages to stay within them. Despite all this, at the tables under the portico, the trattoria is imbued with that magnetic, slightly faded charm that can only be found in Piedmont. Gozzaniana!
06/06/2026: A strictly family-run trattoria: when we arrived, the only one there was the lady, who had unfortunately already sold out of the typical Alexandrian rabaton, but she made up for it with mushroom ravioli, chicken nuggets, and a mouth-watering caramel and amaretti cake. Absolutely competitive prices, and the dishes were uniquely delicious, truly freshly prepared.
