I hadn't had pizza once on this trip... I wanted to eat in, but it was about a 20-minute walk to the hotel, and it was dangerous to walk on the pitch-black road, so I got takeout. It was a shame that it got cold, but it was delicious pizza! I wanted to eat it while it was still warm!

It was quiet, relaxing, and the food was delicious. Even though it's the Olympics period, the great thing about it is that you can enjoy a different side of Italy just by getting a little way out of the big cities.

We discovered this place by literally following our nose. We were at the tobacconist's, and the aroma led us to the door. The pizza dough was really good, with top-quality ingredients, fast service, and incredibly friendly staff. We'll also try the pizza tour soon.

30/05/2026: A discovery! Really good Chinese restaurant, super friendly staff. The food is generous in portions, everything delicious!!
30/05/2026: What a surprise! We went in blind and found a menu packed with dishes that were unlike anything you'd find at a typical Chinese restaurant. The potato pasta and fried eggplant are highly recommended. The kitchen, presumably to accommodate Western tastes, tends to keep the spices and heat to a minimum. If you like them, however, we recommend asking the staff to add them for an even more authentic experience!

29/05/2026: A pizzeria recommended by a shopkeeper in Orta, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was really good, well-topped, and the tables in the courtyard were truly beautiful... If we return to Orta, we'll definitely come back here.
