04/05/2025: Ice cream without praise or infamy, what leaves something to be desired is the proportion of the size of the ice creams, ok the price is competitive but small cone 2 flavors and large cone 2 flavors almost the same let's say it's not the best.

14/02/2025: Small, intimate café where you will be perfectly received! Perfect for a little timeless snack. All cakes and savory products are homemade. A big favorite for the Bicerin and the Tiramisu cake! And a big thank you to the manager and her warm welcome!

15/05/2025: I took a slice of strudel that I thought was excellent, what a disappointment! The pastry was golden on the outside, raw on the inside (the original Austrian recipe does not include the dough inside) and then an infinite amount of slightly acidic raisins, no pine nuts and alas the apple pieces with the peel! 02/04/2025: Unfortunately I have to express my disappointment for a less than transparent choice made by Panificio Ficini. After a month of absence, I discovered that the bread cutting service, always offered free of charge, is now paid (20 cents per loaf) without any prior notification. The motivation? They changed the cutting machine and now have to cover the maintenance costs. I find this choice questionable, not so much for the amount itself, but for the lack of clarity towards customers. A bakery that already charges above-average prices introduces an extra cost on an essential service without any explicit communication. It would be like a hairdresser charging a fee for the use of new scissors! Furthermore, the staff at the checkout was not particularly courteous in communicating this news, making the experience even more unpleasant. A real shame, because the quality of the products is good, but certain management choices risk alienating loyal customers. I hope that the bakery will review this policy and pay more attention to transparency, because customer trust is a precious ingredient, which should never be taken for granted.

15/06/2025: Good evening, I don't know about the food and the environment because I didn't pay attention to that, but the rudeness of the people behind the counter to serve me a coffee and a ginseng was really bad. This is my experience. Rude!!! Obviously there are no stars!!!

13/06/2025: It's a rustic pizzeria in the true Neapolitan style, the pizza is excellent but not many people go there. Come on guys, let's fill this place that deserves a lot. Eat until you're full because the prices are good.

10/06/2025: Never again. Terrible place, old and squalid. Questionable hygiene. Terrible pizza with poor quality ingredients. We ordered arancini that were definitely frozen and poorly preserved and some of us got sick.

21/06/2025: Quite a negative experience: my father received a pizza that wasn't even on the menu even though he had asked for an existing pizza. We ordered a platter of fried gnocchi for 4 people but the standard platter arrived (there were 3 pieces of cold cuts for each type so one person would inevitably be left without their portion). Not very professional staff... some tea was spilled on the floor and, even though the waiters saw the scene, they only brought napkins to my father so he could clean it up. Excessive expense for the quantity and quality in short.

05/06/2025: We had a reservation, early May, through the children's soccer club for a tournament nearby. There were problems of misunderstanding with the restaurant management organization and the soccer club. A rude approach was used for a misunderstanding about the extras fixed menu. Inappropriate attitude towards customers. Children's menu price identical to that of adults even if they do not drink coffee. Not a good experience.

19/03/2025: Cena in famiglia … ordiniamo una focaccia e arriva una pizza con il pomodoro … risposta del cameriere “GIOIA” la focaccia è così … ah bene intanto impara l’educazione e poi la focaccia a casa mia è un altra cosa !! ! Ovviamene non ci andrò mai più!

15/03/2025: First time I went. Very nice, bright and welcoming place. Very professional and courteous staff. You order via tablet and the service was very quick. The menu is very varied and features both Chinese and Japanese dishes with a wide choice. We opted for the Japanese ones. Very high quality. Low price. Congratulations. Highly recommended.

01/06/2025: Vengono proposti vari menù a prezzo basso. Ho mangiato una pasta pessima ( poco cotta e con speck secco), dei gamberi senza gusto e delle patate fritte troppo salate e senza sapore. Suppongo che l'olio usato per le patate fritte venga sostituito molto raramente. Cibo di qualità molto bassa che ho digerito con difficoltà.

01/06/2025: At lunch (except Saturday and Sunday) various menus are offered (pizza, Italian and Chinese cuisine) at very low prices. I opted for Italian cuisine and chose the penne millefiori (speck, saffron and cream), the pasta was not cooked enough and the speck was dry. Prawns with lemon: few and terrible. French fries: too salty and fried in an oil that is probably replaced very rarely. In conclusion I think that the food is of low quality and the portions are rather small.
