02/04/2026: Between the villages of Monteu Roero and Canale in the hamlet of Tre Rivi, it has a large parking lot. The thin, very large pizzas were delicious, both in my opinion and that of the guests. The desserts and side dishes were good. The service was friendly, although it wasn't the fastest with us when the place was empty, but overall it was acceptable. The place is decorated in a classic, slightly '90s style, but neat and clean. Like this review if you enjoyed it.

The pizza section is somewhat of a saving grace. The sore point also applies to the limited variety of supplì and arancini, which are also expensive! Today, October 12, 2025, I paid €2.80 for an arancini that, in early September, I had paid €2.50. Finally, the subtle rudeness of the staff deserves to be criticized. 21/12/2025: Artisanal quality and courtesy: a guarantee in Savigliano. I've been frequenting Pasticceria Sabena for years and can confirm that it represents absolute excellence in the local scene. It's my go-to place for any time of day, from breakfast to aperitivo. Why I recommend it: Homemade: The difference is immediately noticeable. Their freshly baked pastries are spectacular, as is their freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, pastries, and gelato. Even their savory selection is meticulously crafted and always fresh. Top-notch coffee shop: The coffee is excellent, thanks in part to the always friendly, knowledgeable, and fast staff, capable of starting your day with a smile. Value for money: The prices are absolutely fair and in line with the high-quality ingredients used. Paying a fair price for such a high-quality artisanal product is a pleasure. A historic establishment that never disappoints. If you're looking for a truly home-made pastry shop, Sabena is a must-visit.

29/12/2025: Be careful with online reservations. The restaurant let me book on the evening of Monday, December 29th, with a reservation confirmation received over the phone. When I arrived, I found the restaurant completely closed, forcing us to change our plans on the fly. I've been several times and the food has always been excellent, but it's truly absurd to receive a reservation confirmation on the day the restaurant is closed.

25/12/2025: A truly disappointing experience. We booked Christmas lunch for four people through TheFork and, after booking, we were asked for a €40 deposit per person, which we duly paid. It's a shame no one informed us that the à la carte menu wouldn't be available that day, but only a set Christmas menu, different from the one on the website. When we pointed this out, instead of apologizing for the mix-up, we were told that the information was "on the website," which was completely false: the only reference was an Instagram post, as if a customer had to check social media to find out what they were going to eat. The main problem wasn't the misunderstanding, but the attitude: rude, arrogant, and devoid of any apology or courtesy, even when leaving. I rarely write negative reviews, but at Christmas I didn't expect to be treated this way.

08/11/2025: A genuine agriturismo that pays close attention to substance, offering excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes served with warmth and friendliness. The sausage and leek triangles are amazing, with a very thin pasta roll that tastes like homemade.
