09/10/2025: The pizza is not very thin but it is a good dough, I took anchovies and olives and it was well filled, the place is large I must say perhaps a little too noisy for my tastes Because if you sit at the table there are a lot of people chatting And personally this bothers me a little but, these are personal tastes, staff attentive to the customer

28/05/2025: They have a very large menu, maybe even too much, I got tired of reading it even before getting to the end, so much choice especially between hamburgers and smash burgers. The place is not very big so on the weekend it would be better to book. The food is good and the portions are generous. They also have off-menu dishes dedicated to various countries of the world, we tried the one from Japan. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

15/10/2025: We ordered three pieces of pizza to go. The Recco focaccia was very good, as were the other two varieties: a plain one with cherry tomatoes and a vegetable one. The ingredients are high-quality, and the pizza isn't greasy or heavy! Thanks Roberta, we'll be back!

20/09/2025: For me, born and raised in Vanchiglia and having known the Petraz brothers since childhood, dining at Gaia is always like coming home! A classic Piedmontese menu with some delightful twists. The staff is courteous and the atmosphere is priceless. A true gem.

17/09/2025: What a fantastic discovery! The place is really cute, both inside and out, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They have a huge selection of crepes (made with different doughs and quality ingredients), but you can also find other options on the menu. Plus, they were extremely attentive to my allergies; I didn't think I'd be able to eat dinner at a creperie without being able to eat nuts! I absolutely recommend it because you're sure to leave satisfied and with a full stomach.

11/10/2025: It's simply perfect. The place is beautiful, very well-kept, and the staff is kind, helpful, and always smiling. The menu truly caters to everyone. For starters, being a pub, they have a nice selection of beers. The wood-fired pizza is delicious, thin and made with excellent ingredients. The meat is truly excellent, tender, and cooked to perfection. We tried their gnocchi alla bava, which were truly delicious. We also loved the desserts. The Bunet was perfectly made, as was the cheesecake. Highly recommended, especially for the quality/portion/price ratio!!!

01/06/2025: Signori, chi non capisce un locale come questo a mio avviso non ha capito nulla della ristorazione. Prima di tutto Ronnie, il titolare vi accoglie come se foste vecchi amici che non vede da anni e vi fa sentire subito avvolti dalla calda atmosfera del suo bel locale. Non voglio fare un elenco dei piatti provati ma solo dirvi che la qualità era eccelsa e chi dice che le porzioni sono piccole ha dei problemi seri con il cibo. Siamo al Sestriere, dove per quattro cocktail in un bar abbiamo lasciato uno sproposito per poi cenare in quattro,con due bottiglie di ottimo vino, servizio impeccabile e cibo sempre di gran qualità per una cifra veramente onesta. Potrei sembrare di parte, lo ammetto, ma dico solo che oltre a scoprire un locale spettacolare, ho scoperto uno staff eccezionale, continuate cosi, siete fantastici.

19/03/2025: Abbiamo cenato in coppia in questo locale con un atmosfera familiare. Prodotti tipici piemontesi di ottima qualità ( i salumi ed i formaggi sono di prima scelta e freschissimi ). Ma il pezzo forte della serata è stata la costata di fassona, difficile da dimenticare. Il proprietario ed il cameriere ci hanno fatto sentire a casa con un servizio impeccabile. Credo il migliore ristorante a Sestriere.

04/10/2025: Excellent pizzeria and restaurant in the center of Pinerolo. Tonight we opted for pizza. I must say, it was very good, light, and flavorful. The pizza menu is varied, as is the restaurant menu. The owner is always attentive to customer needs, and the staff is very professional and fast. Highly recommended!
