We've been before, and honestly, this time, the rating is good but not great. The potatoes were very salty, and the Castelmagno plin were very delicate and a bit salty, the portions were not generous. The price was a bit too high; for example, a small slice of cake costs 9 euros, which is excessive... and I'll stop there. I could even recommend it, but we might not return.

We celebrated my son's confirmation today... what can I say... everything was perfect.
Excellent food, carefully prepared using exceptional ingredients. The service was attentive and courteous without ever being intrusive. The venue was also clean and elegant, yet warm and welcoming. The cake, prepared by the chef's wife, was a triumph of taste and elegance. Thanks again to all the staff!

The food is good, though a bit pricey. The wine list is extensive and has some good choices. There's no changing table for babies (which is a shame, as there's plenty of space for one).

The food was truly excellent, the location was beautiful, the waiters were excellent and very helpful.
The portions could be improved: the food is excellent, but a little more would be great.

A pleasant experience with carefully prepared dishes featuring bold yet pleasing flavors.
Following tradition but at an excellent level, the plin, raharin with Bra sausage, the braised beef (superlative), and the pork shank were all delicious. The risotto with cider and green apples was original and delicious.
The portions were adequate and the price was average for Turin restaurants of similar value.
Worth a try.

One of the best confit shanks I've eaten in a long time, which reminded me of family cooking... we came back twice to taste new dishes, excellent wines and vermouth, impeccable service and a warm welcome with the pleasure of discovering the richness of Piedmontese products... and the chef shares his recipes! An address that we recommend to all our friends passing through Turin! We can't wait to come back....
