Bagnacauda della merla. Everything was excellent and true to tradition. It's a shame that water and cover charge aren't included. This increases the final price by €6.

Everything was excellent, 5-star service and hospitality at reasonable prices. Alberto is an excellent young owner, supported by his parents, and he will surely be able to offer you the best.

We've been to the restaurant several times, the first few times as guests and the last time at a dinner we organized. The last time, we were a bit disappointed. The vegetable flan wasn't exactly fresh, and the roast pork loin was too dry and cold. The children's pasta was bland, and the cutlet wasn't good. For the price of the menu we paid, I expected the food to be at least good.

Delicious food and good spumante wine. Clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly service. Fast WiFi. I recommend it!

Very beautiful location in the hills of Asti. Very nice room, well-appointed with a comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant with various typical Piedmontese dishes. The kindness and professionalism of all the staff was excellent.

Excellent location just steps from the center of Asti

I went there yesterday for lunch with some friends. We chose this restaurant for bagna cauda day.... What can I say, the best bagna cauda in the last 8 years!!! Not only that, but excellent agnolotti with roast beef sauce and a splendid view, in an enchanting location. We'll definitely be back!!!

I went there for lunch today with a friend for a Bagnacauda "introduction." The location is charming, just outside Asti (in Valmanera), and the staff were very friendly and approachable, without being overly familiar with the customers. The appetizer was very generous, and both the veal tuna sauce and the local red wine recommended by the waiter were very enjoyable. I noticed some discrepancies between the Bagnacauda offered at the restaurant and those listed on the event website. https://bagnacaudaday.it/locali/la-ferte/ (The "heretic" version wasn't available, so at the waitress's suggestion, I happily accepted a mix of Bagnacauda with and without garlic). I'm definitely curious to return in late spring, as it must be a great location for aperitifs as well; they have a lovely outdoor terrace and even a riding stable.

I'm in Asti for work, and this is the third year in a row I've stayed at this establishment. They make you feel at home, with professional staff, excellent food, delicious pizza, and cleanliness. Highly recommended.
