01/06/2025: Lasciata l’auto a fondovalle a Pradeltorno a mt 1015 (ultima borgata di Angrogna), ci s’incammina per la strada sterrata carrozzabile. Dopo 200 mt sulla sx inizia il sentiero nel bosco. In altrenativa si puó proseguire sulla sterrata. Entrambe le strade portano al rifugio Sap. La passeggiata dura circa un’ora e un quarto, prevalentemente in salita, ma i paesaggi che s’incontrano salendo, ripagano ampiamente della fatica inevitabile. Un susseguirsi di faggi, betulle, felci giganti e rovi costeggiano il torrente Angrogna e ad un certo punto lasciano il posto a un giardino botanico a cielo aperto, fatto di mirtilli, rododendri fucsia e acacie. Bellissimo. Consiglio la sterrata, se non siete camminatori abituali, poichè il sentiero nel bosco è ripido e a tratti su terreno sconnesso fatto di pietre. Quando si giunge a destinazione (mt 1480), si staglia davanti un pianoro verdeggiante e immenso, e poco più in basso il tetto a lose di una piccola casetta di pietre e degli ombrelloni coloratissimi: siete arrivati al rifugio!! Pranzo ottimo, menù da ristorante più che da rifugio, cinque stelle sono poche per descrivere la gentilezza e cordialitá del proprietario e di sua moglie. Tutto buonissimo, ma il top sono gli zuccherini che Dario offre a fine pranzo, uno più buono dell’altro, da non riuscire a smettere!!! Provare per credere!!!

01/07/2025: It was a very warm evening. There were moments when no air came through the windows. The pizza was super thin and perfectly cooked. Run by a lady and her husband. Very hospitable. Would return.

21/06/2025: We came across this pizzeria by chance, on the advice of some residents of Fenestrelle. The pizza is very light, with quality ingredients. The owners are extremely kind and friendly. When they found out it was one of our birthdays they gave us a little surprise. The desserts are excellent! Price for pizza, medium beer and dessert (genepy offered) less than 23 euros per person

14/08/2025: Supermarket meat, sliced with arugula, arrived without arugula (it was out...), overcooked (even though I'd asked for it rare). Side of cold baked potatoes. Interminable wait. I don't recommend it.

07/09/2025: The menu is extensive and clear. The dishes are generous, even for sharing. We had a great time; the food was good. My only comment: a few smiles from the staff would be nice.

17/08/2025: The room wasn't very clean, with no air conditioning. Access was a steep process. The person who checked us in was very cold and inattentive. Checking out was absurd, leaving the key in the locker, considering the neighbors (a tenement building) are quite shady.

01/08/2025: Let's start with the fact that the food is very good and that's the only reason I'll be back. A very funny thing happened in my opinion because I came out of the bathroom and my hands were wet, so I decided to go get some tissues from the counter. The owner came over and asked me what I needed them for. I told him that my hands were wet, but he replied in a very aggressive and rude way that if I had to dry my hands, I shouldn't use tissues.

05/09/2025: A welcoming place. Reminiscent of a classic mountain restaurant. Pleasant and punctual service. Service times are a bit long. Nothing to complain about the quality and quantity of the dishes. We'll definitely be back.

26/07/2025: After numerous visits to this restaurant, I can only highly recommend it. The cuisine faithfully follows Piedmontese tradition, often reinterpreted with a modern twist by the chef with great skill. The service is attentive and precise, while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere typical of a family-run business that characterizes the restaurant. The wine and craft beer pairings are particularly noteworthy, with the knowledgeable staff professionally recommending them to complement each dish. Don't miss the porcini mushroom-themed dinners held in September and October: it's a unique experience, made even more special by the fact that the mushrooms are harvested directly by the family. The quality and selection of ingredients are excellent. The value for money is more than fair, considering the level of culinary offerings. To complete the experience, the magnificent panoramic view of the city of Turin pleasantly accompanies the entire dinner, making it truly memorable.

I called the ice cream shop directly and they were very helpful suggesting I place the order with another app... satisfying our requests.. given that it was an order for a snack in the office.. so a thousand points for professionalism, kindness, thank you thank you VERY WELCOME SNACK

20/08/2025: I've eaten at La Perla many times and have always had a great experience with everything. The pizza, at least, is delicious: thick, soft, and cooked to perfection. The seafood entrees and fish are spectacular, and the desserts are delicious. I don't think I've ever tried anything with meat, but judging by the fact that it's always packed, even after mid-August, and it's best to book, there must be a reason. If I really have to find a flaw, it's the service, which is a bit slow, but then again, it's always busy, so there's a wait.
