The girl who served me was very kind and helpful. I was able to bring my dog, which was very nice because she had the free Farinata (half of the dish I didn't eat) delivered straight to my door. I'll definitely be back.

Very good pizzeria, but nothing exceptional, I've been there several times trying different pizzas, but none of them have ever left me amazed, certainly good but lacking that something extra, for the rest I've always found myself well, both in the welcome and in the service

The pizza was excellent, it's a shame we had to wait an hour and a half to eat it. After a year I returned to eat pizza here, this time we were served quite quickly, the pizza is always excellent.

Go. Go. Go. A place where they deliver what they promise. Lured by an ad on Instagram, I went to this place this evening where the service was excellent from the start: they were punctual in giving us a table (they work two shifts on Fridays and Saturdays), the wait to order was minimal, and the waiter was very attentive from the start, offering advice without ever being intrusive. For example, he noticed that we wanted to split the pizzas and was kind enough to note it in the notes so we could have them already cut. This may seem like a trivial matter, but it actually shows the attention to detail for the customer. I would also add that the pizza ingredients were excellent, locally produced, and the pizza was light in name and in nature. The dough was very soft, almost bread-like, very thin, with well-proportioned and well-mixed ingredients. This was especially evident with the Carbo pizza, which in itself would be a somewhat heavy pizza, with egg and bacon, but in reality it was eaten without feeling heavy. However, I highly recommend the Silana and the farinata, which melted in your mouth. The dessert was also good (a warm heart with gelato). Prices were absolutely normal, considering the ingredients and quality: two pizzas, two beers, a dessert, a bitter, and a farinata for €57. They were also very kind because there was a promotion for the week: downloading the coupon (which I hadn't downloaded) offered a free small beer if you ordered a special pizza. The waiter himself pointed this out to me and got me the discount. They're small things, but in a service, they make a difference! Like being in a friendly, youthful environment, with people who are truly happy to see a satisfied customer! If I really had to point out a flaw (which is a matter of personal taste), I would have added a little more lard and fewer chestnuts!

Nice place with a cozy, enclosed outdoor terrace, heated for the winter. Excellent pizzas and farinata. Efficient and friendly service. Excellent experience. Baladin beers, including non-alcoholic ones.

29/03/2026: A MUST TRY! A simply enchanting restaurant, run by young, passionate, and approachable people who put you at ease from the moment you arrive. Let's start with one thing: this isn't your typical Michelin-starred restaurant. If you decide to come here, set aside traditional expectations and open your mind to a completely different experience. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted directly by the staff: four chefs and a sommelier. There's no real dining room with waiters; they guide you through the entire experience. You'll initially be seated in a small lounge, where you can sip a drink while savoring the amuse-bouche prepared by the kitchen. The entire experience is accompanied by a refined selection of electronic music, carefully selected and designed to match the menu and the atmosphere of the moment. We eagerly await the arrival of all our guests, as dinner is a convivial affair: we sit together around a raised counter, where we can watch the chefs prepare each dish before our eyes. It's a true spectacle. I had the pleasure of trying their "Confine" menu, a creative journey that plays on the idea of ​​blurring the lines between sweet and savory, offering surprising and unconventional dishes. I was impressed by every course, but some dishes will remain etched in my memory: the spaghetti in blueberry extract with grated white chocolate and marinated caviar, a combination as bold as it was perfectly executed; and the eggplant essence, an intense cream made from a full 1 kg of eggplant per serving. Be prepared to experience something unique: sometimes you'll be asked to lick your plate to fully savor each element, or to accompany your dishes with cocktails made with select teas and sakes. It's a sensory journey that continually surprises and, by the end of the evening, will leave you wondering how such original and perfectly balanced pairings are possible.
