24/07/2025: Trovato per caso , preso un brandacuion e un polpo alla catalana , avremmo voluto mangiare i tagliolini alle acciughe e bottarga , ma la cameriera si è sbagliata e ci ha portato pasta con le cozze e pomodori . Mi dispiaceva mandarle indietro , rispetto la gente che lavora , ma come battuta abbiamo chiesto uno sconto . All'atto di pagare la cameriera ha detto al titolare che si era sbagliata del piatto e se volesse farci uno sconto , risposta all'italiana pugno chiuso come per dire "che c...o " mi interessa .una sola domanda : era buona la pasta ? Risposta si ma avrei preferito mangiare quello che ho ordinato !!!!!! Comunque ci ha tolto 2 caffè .

09/07/2025: A very characteristic tavern in the center of the village of Molare. The owner, Mr. Stefano, is very kind and friendly, creating a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent, authentic, and home-made. The menu changes daily and also offers a good selection of wines. Definitely a place to recommend, a place worth trying in a casual atmosphere but with quality products.

18/08/2025: The place is nice and welcoming, but the dishes were tasteless, you would definitely expect more from a restaurant.

17/08/2025: Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the quality of the dishes. The restaurant is known for its exquisite porcini mushroom dishes, but I also highly recommend their biga pizza. Must try.

17/08/2025: A charming place, at the foot of Serralunga Castle, with a fresh, youthful atmosphere. The girls are organized, friendly, and always ready: truly a great energy! We had lunch on Ferragosto, choosing: Cantabrian anchovies with green butter, six mini Fassona beef tartares with sauces, traditional butter and sage plin pasta, and tagliatelle with Fassona ragù. To finish on a sweet note, a hazelnut cake with zabaglione and a spectacular babà with cream. All accompanied by a bottle of Langhe DOC Nascetta, an elegant and surprising white wine, perfect for the dishes. For dessert, we chose two special glasses: Moscato and Barolo Chinato, pairings that made the experience even more unforgettable. Not just lunch and dinner: here you can also enjoy an aperitif or a platter, admiring the fabulous view of the hills and vineyards. A place not to be missed!

The location is a 4.5, simple yet quaint, with outdoor tables with just the right amount of ventilation to avoid the heat; the menu is a 4, with just the right amount of variety; the service is a 4, a family atmosphere, and the price/quality ratio is a 4.5. I promise to return.

01/09/2025: One of the best restaurants we've been to, every dish is carefully crafted, from the ingredients to the preparation. The plin are spectacular! The young owner takes care of everything, both cooking and serving, impeccably. During a week-long vacation in the area, we had to return a second time because it was so good! The prices are more than fair, highly recommended!

16/08/2025: Wonderful tasting menu dinner at Cek, a small, cozy restaurant near Piazza Galimberti. Excellent service and prompt service; we really appreciated the wide selection of wines and the recommendations from the wait staff. I appreciated the option of replacing a pork-based dish on the menu (which I don't like) with perfectly cooked game. A wonderful discovery. We'll be back!

18/07/2025: Excellent cuisine, worthy of applause. The mixed Piedmontese antipasto with tastings was truly satisfying. It's unpretentious from the outside, vintage inside, but the food and service are excellent.

08/07/2025: This restaurant is in a nice area and offers excellent traditional Piedmontese cuisine. The staff is very friendly! I made a reservation just before dinner, and they had plenty of room!

05/08/2025: I visited this trattoria today, looking for a place to enjoy Piedmontese dishes. I was delighted. The rich flavors were evident, each dish boasting its own unique flavors. The Fassone tartare topped with mushrooms was excellent, the goat's cheese toma was bursting with flavor, the plin pasta with roast gravy was explosive and not at all industrial, the mushroom risotto was an explosion of porcini mushroom aromas and flavors, and to finish, I'd never tasted such a creamy lemon sorbet. I highly recommend trying it.

An enchanting place with a beautiful view surrounded by greenery, we had a really great time and above all we lived the most beautiful day just as we had always imagined it thanks to the organization and availability of all the staff! 14/06/2025: Ieri sera abbiamo finalmente festeggiato la prima comunione di mia figlia. Scrivo finalmente perché a causa di problemi di salute eravamo stati costretti ad annullare il pranzo di quasi un mese fa. Nonostante il poco preavviso con cui abbiamo avvertito, Ilaria ha compreso la situazione e si è data da subito disponibile a trovare un'altra data disponibile. È sempre stata gentile e paziente nel rispondere ai mille messaggi inviati e con il suo aiuto abbiamo fatto si che mia figlia avesse la sua serata perfetta. La cena è stata super. Gli invitati hanno adorato la focaccia e la pizza fatti da loro per l'aperitivo, l'uovo è stato il piatto che ha sorpreso di più gli ospiti,mentre il maialino all'orientale è stata la conclusione perfetta, morbido e gustoso.
