Quality of ingredients, pizza leavening (Roman, not Neapolitan), supplì, croquettes, etc.... all made in-house (and not bought and resold like in some trattorias). We tried different pasta dishes over our visits and they were all wonderful. Enrico was absolutely terrific looking after us. We highly recommend this place if eating in Rome and especially if visiting or staying around the Trevi.
