23/08/2024: Cena tra amici , pesce assolutamente fantastico , antipasto di crudi freschissimi tra scampi , gamberi , tartare di salmone spada ecc , condivido foto , primo piatto fettuccine fatte in casa con astice assolutamente eccezionale, tiramisù uno dei migliori che abbia mangiato . Torneremo da voi . Ottima qualità prezzo e gentilezza e professionalità

14/08/2024: Siamo tornati dopo qualche anno in questo che ricordavamo come un valido ristorante/pizzeria senza troppe pretese a pochi chilometri da casa, con tavoli all'aperto e piacevole vista su Roma in lontananza. Prima di prenotare ho voluto consultare le recensioni e, tralasciando ovviamente le onnipresenti sperticate lodi a 5 stelle farcite di superlativi che lasciano il tempo che trovano, avevo intuito che qualcosa non sempre era andata per il verso giusto. Ciononostante ho voluto ridare fiducia al locale e verificare di persona. L'accoglienza è gradevole e il cameriere molto cortese e preparato. Nota però stonata per un ambiente che vorrebbe presentarsi di un certo livello il far mangiare su piani di vetro senza tovaglia. Buona la carta dei vini a prezzi ragionevoli. Ottimo il vermentino di Gallura. Buona la focaccia, non certamente il pane, vecchio, non richiesto e fatto pagare 2€ a persona. Antipasto 2 Lune abbondante ma, ahimè, con alcune portate sotto la sufficienza. Cozze fresche mescolate a quelle vecchie, perchè servirle? Buoni gli spaghetti cacio e pepe, non altrettanto si può dire degli spaghetti neri (spacciati per spaghetti al nero di seppia che è tutta un'altra cosa) con bottarga e tartare di tonno, proposti fuori menù, e proprio per questo voluti assaggiare per poter dare un giudizio sulla cucina di piatti non convenzionali. Troppo salati e troppo olio. Dentice per 4 persone al forno con guarnizione di verdure semicarbonizzate (sfoglie di patate e, intuiamo, zucchine) per averle messe al forno con gli stessi tempi di cottura di un dentice di circa un chilo e mezzo. Perchè rovinare una portata di pesce pregiato che sarebbe stato altrimenti discreto (anche se ben lontano dall'eccellenza, intendiamoci), con un inutile immangiabile contorno? Il cameriere, consapevole e imbarazzato, mi offrirà un amaro a fine pasto. Pur riconoscendo ed apprezzando la voglia di alzare il livello del locale e dei piatti con qualcosa di ricercato, senza una cucina all'altezza si rischia di pastrocchiare e a quel punto il rapporto qualità/prezzo non regge più. Concludendo, se volete godervi la vista di Roma in lontananza andateci, se volete mangiare bene andate da un'altra parte.

02/09/2024: The food was delicious! I got the pasta with seafood and it did not disappoint. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. The one thing you have to do is ask about wine by the glass - the wine menu doesn't list any. The waiter brought one for me to try and it was perfect to pair with the pasta I decided to get.

01/09/2024: Had one of the best service in this restaurant. Staff was attentive, very kind and friendly! Ordered the saffron risotto and beef with porcini mushrooms and food was delicious. Will definitely head back to try other dishes when we’re in Rome again!

18/06/2024: A small restaurant a little hidden, but familiar, cute and the dishes delicious. We ate a mixed appetizer of hot and cold seafood, grilled octopus with rocket and cherry tomatoes and fried calamari. To drink we had the house white wine and two coffees. We have already booked again for this Saturday together with our children. Absolutely worth trying.

23/07/2024: The first time I was there and we only ate the appetizers which were many and all delicious. I will definitely return and highly recommend it

21/08/2024: We had lunch after visiting the nearby Villa d'Este. We were welcomed in a very warm and thoughtful way, we ate excellent traditional Roman dishes. The bill was more than adequate for the quality of the products. When we return to Tivoli, we will stop there again.

31/08/2024: Feeling jet lagged and needing sleep I was ready for a clean, filling meal. I sat outside & after a brief look at the menu I ordered the seared mackerel fillets on chard. Now, Mackerel is a generally a large fish, I’ve caught them before, and yes usually they’re cut into steaks but hey, maybe they fillet them here, either way it still sounded substantial as a Secondo. The waitress was a bit taken back that I didn’t want anything else, and that I knew what I wanted so soon. I was then left with an empty table until the meal was ready to be served when there was a rush to set the table. Then the real disappointment began. There were slivers of fish atop a small green pile. How someone didn’t throw this fish back is beyond me, but they managed to scrape off a few tiny fillets, then fry them to death & lay them on top of the soggy greens. I was shocked that this is their idea of secondo, however I did push on with the dream of sleep so near. To cut the fish was a toll in itself, so dry having been cooked for far too long. And would you believe no seasoning at all. Actually nothing. The chard (I think that’s what they called the green pile underneath), also completely void of any flavour. This is by far, hands down the least satisfying meal of my life. Overcooked, tasteless and tiny. Oh and to top it off, it was €19.50 for the displeasure. There are many, many restaurants in Rome. I’d suggest trying any other one for a better experience.

23/08/2024: The food here is very tasty, the cost was super reasonable even in euros. We ordered the carbonara, fettuccine Gamberi & zucchini - ( has shrimp) in it. Was very good 👍 the bread was tasty.

29/08/2024: We only had an aperitif, because I had already booked dinner at a restaurant in Trastevere... I spent more for the aperitif here than for dinner! Many places offer decidedly high prices for the aperitif, but on the other hand they also bring snacks and appetizers to accompany it while here they only brought us a bowl of chips, even a little stale... Definitely low quality/price ratio

25/08/2024: The atmosphere is divided among 4 people... in general - short and to the point... there are places where you can eat better.

19/07/2024: I go to this restaurant a couple of times a year, the staff is courteous and attentive. The value for money, excellent! But the real experience is the food🤤 simple but with the true taste of tradition. Try Amatriciana, how delicious!

21/05/2024: On May 1st I celebrated my daughter's communion, and I made a great impression. Exceptional dishes served several times in abundance, all the diners complimented the quality of the food based on very fresh fish. The service was excellent, but praise goes to the owners who were very kind, helpful and above all they satisfied me with any request. I forgot, the cake was sublime. A heartfelt thank you to the owners and all the staff.

03/08/2024: Overall the food is good, but when ordering I specifically asked the waiter if the fried calamari were fresh or frozen and he replied by saying that all the fish is only fresh!!!! Bring the fry and...the fish is frozen!!!! I say but why do we have to work like this.....
