25/03/2026: We had dinner for the first time at this unfamiliar restaurant, which we chose because it was close to home. The place was pleasant and well-decorated. Good food and good service, but it was a shame the place was too crowded, mostly caused by the customers. We were pleasantly surprised. Prices, in our opinion, were a little lower than other similar places. We will definitely be back, and we'll be happy to. Congratulations to all the staff.

29/05/2026: Last Sunday, we celebrated my daughter's First Communion here at Pelagus. We had a complete seafood menu, simply EXQUISITE. A little treat from the chef, before the cake, was his delight with small pastries and desserts... AMAZING... Thanks to Ivan, Fabrizio, and the entire staff. They were impeccable, always available, and patient, especially patient (we left very calmly). We'll definitely be back, as we have been for years. Thanks guys, BRAVI.

21/01/2026: We had dinner at this small, welcoming, and modern restaurant. The fish was very fresh. To start, I had a mix of beautifully presented raw fish, truly excellent and delicate. Next up were two seafood entrees: tonnarello allo scoglio (tonnarello with seafood) and gnocchi with courgette flowers and clams, both of which were also excellent. Finally, a house dessert: a profiterole and a delicious lemon sorbet to finish. The owner is truly kind and friendly, as is her staff. The place is very clean. Prices are reasonable. I recommend stopping here! 👈

Personal experience The service leaves a bit to be desired, slow and inattentive, which further lowers the overall standard despite the lovely ambiance. From what I remembered and what I'd been told, it used to be a great value, but now that charm seems to have faded: it's sufficient for an unpretentious dinner, but I wouldn't rush back. Practical advice • Opt for the classic Roman dishes, which are more satisfying. • Go if you're in a hurry or in the area, but shop around: you'll find more exciting options for the same price. All in all, a little too close to the mark to leave disappointed, but no wow factor.

05/04/2026: Stopped by Sciarra Ristorante Pizzeria after a long day walking around, and it turned out to be a really good choice. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re visiting the nearby attractions. The place has a relaxed, casual vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable. The pizza was very tasty with a nice thin crust, and the pasta was fresh and full of flavor. Service was friendly and quick, even though it was quite busy. Prices are reasonable for the area, which is always a plus in Rome. Overall, a solid spot if you’re looking for good food without overcomplicating things. Would definitely come back.

12/06/2026: I stayed at the beach with friends who have been frequenting it for a long time. Then, around 1:00 PM, I was feeling peckish and decided on spaghetti with seafood or clams. From there, a riot of delicacies awaited, all at a fair price, with excellent service. I'll definitely be back.

30/04/2026: I attended a party last night and it was fantastic. The service was spectacular, and the staff were super helpful and kind. The buffet was full of delicious things of all kinds, both savory and sweet. The first and second courses were delicious (compliments to the chef), and the cake (made by the owner's sister) was DELICIOUS. This place is beautiful.

28/04/2026: Hmmm, it can improve and return to how it once was. As for the service, I was about to give it one star because one of the waiters was a bit sloppy, not wearing a uniform, and it seemed like he didn't enjoy serving. I've also worked in the restaurant business and was always smiling, even in the worst of times. The decor needs improving. The food is okay, but a little more character in the dishes wouldn't hurt. I'm confident it can improve. I still recommend going for the mussels and other delicacies.
