06/04/2026: I visited Docking 9 for a midweek lunch, and the atmosphere was truly perfect: just a few tables occupied, relaxing silence, and that sense of calm that lets you savor every moment, ideal for both a lunch for two and a leisurely meeting. As soon as you enter, you almost feel like you're stepping aboard: wood everywhere, nautical details, and large windows overlooking the sailboats docked on the Tiber. The light that enters is soft, reflecting on the water... creating an intimate atmosphere, with sparkling reflections moving throughout the room. The menu is entirely dedicated to the seafood. We started with the freshest Gillardeau oysters, followed by delicate sea bass sashimi on a bed of crispy puntarelli. The steamed octopus was tender, warm, and slightly moist. The star of this restaurant is the fish soup: it arrived steaming hot, thick, and filling. Each spoonful was rich and enveloping, with so many different types of fish. A dish that warms and satisfies you on its own. To finish, a chocolate brownie with a soft, intense center, perfect for leaving a sweet, deep note at the end of lunch. A place to slow down and let yourself be carried away... just like being on a boat, but with the right dish in front of you.

The tasting menu is a must-try, as each dish showcases the sea with great care, balance, and originality. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, extremely kind, and never intrusive. Special thanks to chef Gianfranco Pascucci, the chef's wife, and all the staff, especially Clelia, whom we'd already had the pleasure of meeting at other restaurants and who consistently proved to be excellent, elegant, and highly knowledgeable. The location was also beautiful: welcoming, well-kept, and filled with modern art and Sicilian furnishings. The ceramics, colors, and details evoke the sea and create a refined, original, and very pleasant atmosphere. Thank you also for letting us try the millefeuille: it was truly worth it. 08/05/2026: The outdoor area where we dined was very nice. The mixed antipasto was truly large (seven courses of two portions each) and truly excellent. The risotto with cream of scampi was as good as it gets. We'll definitely be back.

Special praise goes to Jerry, our waiter: professional, extremely kind, and always attentive to our every need. Thanks to him, the experience was even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

11/04/2026: Went for dinner after flights cancelled from Rome, what a find. Great hustle and bustle to watch, with plates and plates of fantastic food delivered to lots of happy people. Had takeaway tonight that was lightening fast, super hot and tasty. Cracking place! 5 Stars.

11/04/2026: A simple, welcoming place. My wife and I had a seafood dinner. The cuisine isn't overly elaborate, but it does deliver excellent quality. The service is attentive and fast. The price is excellent for the quality and quantity of food served. We'll be back to try the pizzas too.

13/03/2026: After a few years, we returned with our family to this place that was a favorite for us. Total disappointment, interminable wait, even for the kids, and sloppy service. The same dish, poor and without garnish, was served at a different table next door. I asked for bread, and they told me it was out shortly afterward. They brought it to another table. Spaghetti with clams served with lupini beans. The bill was steep, and the food was bland by their old standards. I'm sorry, but business can't be like this. I've lost a trusted place to go.

The dishes are simply exquisite, the portions are generous, and the friendly staff adds that extra touch. Honorable mention goes to the waiter, Flavio, who is always attentive and delightful, and to Giulia, the cashier, who pointed out that I had overpaid her €50 when paying the bill and gave it back. It was truly a special evening, and I will gladly return whenever I can. Thank you so much.

14/04/2026: I waited and thought long and hard before writing this review because, honestly, something like this had never happened to me. From the menu, I chose fettuccine with tuna ragù among the "specials of the day." The dish arrived, and the first thing I noticed was a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese on top (even if I had, I'd be the one to decide whether or not to add it), and that already had me suspicious. I said, "Okay, maybe the chef would like to show me the cheese-fish combination." I put the first forkful of this fettuccine in my mouth, and my taste buds detected meat instead of fish. So I tried a second forkful and nothing. I had the person with me taste it, and ditto. There was absolutely no trace of fish or tuna in the sauce; I found the classic minced meat ragù. I thought I'd made the wrong order, and that can happen. I thought the waiter had misread the order, and that can happen. I thought the chef had misread the order, and that can happen. But instead, the owner, with great conviction, looked me in the eye and said, "I assure you, that's tuna ragù!" I've never had anything like that happen before. I'm still convinced I tasted a classic pasta with meat ragù for €20. I have photos of the dish, but unfortunately, they can't be published here, apparently.
