In the heart of Grottaferrata, La Roncola has a cozy and welcoming interior, enhanced by this fire that warms and hypnotizes on the coldest days. We ate grilled meat and their very good and well-plated appetizers. My favorite was the spoon tartare with buffalo mozzarella. Must try.

The food is heavenly, the grilled meat delicious and perfectly prepared, not to mention the Montagnana appetizer.
