05/01/2026: A wonderful discovery, excellent staff, a unique, warm, and welcoming location, especially the cellar where we had our aperitif, with its niches carved into the tuff rock. The dishes were one surprise after another, with unusual flavor combinations that truly made a difference, not to mention the freshness and quality of the ingredients. I will definitely be back.

The eggplant meatballs with scamorza were truly exquisite, and the first course was delicious. Thanks to Mirko for his availability and skill!
