18/02/2025: I always hate to give bad reviews, but in this case it's necessary. I went on lunch break with a colleague and we asked if they had a company menu, answer in the affirmative; for €12 a first or second course, water and coffee. When asked if they had at least one vegetarian or vegan dish, I was told no, not on the company menu. In order not to displease my colleague and because of the limited time available, I accepted a first course with fish sauce. I don't know what fish it was, I don't eat one and I don't know anything about it, but I know it was full of thorns and small spines, sigh. It seems crazy to me that, in 2024, a restaurateur is not able to offer even a plate of spaghetti with garlic/oil or fresh cherry tomatoes or, rather than nothing, even the "usual" grilled vegetables in a €12 menu. The place is very nice and the waiter very kind, but I think this is a really serious shortcoming.

23/01/2025: Acqua e Sale a Milano è un ristorante che spicca per la qualità del pesce, sempre fresco e preparato con grande maestria. L'ambiente elegante e curato crea un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassante, ideale per ogni occasione. Il servizio è impeccabile, con personale attento e cortese che rende l’esperienza culinaria ancora più piacevole. Una tappa obbligata per chi ama la cucina di mare.

03/05/2025: Un ristorante consigliato da gente del posto,di fronte ad una zona di campeggi lungo l’Aurelia,pochi posti,conduzione familiare,quasi tutto pesce. Comunque anche chi non lo ama (come me) può trovare gli immancabili tortelli alla maremmana (davvero ottimi) e della carne ai ferri. Servizio buono,locale pulitissimo (bagni compresi) e conto corretto,consigliato!

12/04/2025: Cuisine simple mais très très bonne. Cadre décoratif avec des maillots de foot encadré. Pizza au feu de bois et viandes magnifiquement bonne. Personnel très sympathique.

30/03/2025: Abbiamo conosciuto questa pizzeria cercando in internet in base alla vicinanza con hotel e stazione. Ambiente accogliente e familiare, fanno sia puzza che ristorante. Abbiamo cenato due sere di seguito, pizza, buonissima e sottile, accompagnata da birra. Per finire tiramisù fatto in casa e Amaro. La seconda sera abbiamo mangiato un ricco tagliere di Salumi e formaggio, scaloppine, patate, vino . Crema catalana, sempre fatta in casa e amari. Il personale è gentilissimo ed il titolare il signor Francesco, cortese ed affabile con una grande attenzione al cliente. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Mrs. Giovanna takes care of the table service which is carried out quickly and the attention towards the customer is always at the maximum. Quiet environment, good food and low price are the reasons to try it.

08/05/2025: Ristorante eccezionale el centro di Ischia porto con un servizio veloce e preciso ottima igiene e cibo superlativo. Ho mangiato un pacchero agli scampi e gamberoni di una freschezza assoluta e preparato con sapienza dallo chef. Bruschetta con pomodorini locali di antipasto e dolce della casa. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Da ritornare assolutamente.

15/10/2024: Comida increíble, servicio y hermosa vista! Sus mariscos se sirven frescos de la captura del día. Usted tiene la opción de elegir su pescado, cangrejo o langosta si lo desea. Mi hija pidió bistec sobre ensalada y le encantó. Pedí cavatelli con langostino y OMG estaba tan delicioso y se puede saborear la frescura del langostino. Tampoco nos dimos cuenta de que este restaurante era Michelin seleccionado hasta que nos fuimos y vimos el cartel. 10 / 10 recomendaría!

02/05/2025: Having stumbled upon it by chance, we found very friendly, courteous and patient dining room staff, directed by a super man who was also approachable. The dishes from the appetizer to the dessert were all exquisitely tasted. The cost was fair beyond the holiday. We will definitely be back

10/05/2025: Cozy little restaurant, good service. My wife and I ordered a bottle of the house red wine, which was very good I might say and we had some bruschetta for our antipasti. For our main course my wife ordered a type of flat steak skirt and I had the rigatoni with polpo. The steak was ok, just a little overcooked and a lot of gristle. My rigatoni had very good flavor but little polpo in it. Overall not a bad dinner choice.

25/02/2025: Pizza Bufana was delicious, but next time it could be completely full. Tiramisu also good, ambience OK at least in the outside area which I can rate. I went in to pay and found that both the owner(?) and my waiter were standing in the bar area with a cigar and a cigarette respectively. An absolute no-go in the guest room, which significantly reduces the overall impression of the visit. Too bad. But also disgusting.

13/01/2025: One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in. I would recommend it to anyone, tourist or local. The place is very nice, tidy, well furnished and with a wonderful view. It is structured on several levels, between a platform overlooking the sea and a top floor terrace overlooking the sea and all of Scilla. Obviously the menu is almost entirely fish-based and it is all excellent. We ordered a seafood appetizer consisting of 6 different tastings, easily divisible for 2 people. Followed by two first courses: trofie with seafood and paccheri with swordfish with olives and capers. All very good. The staff is very kind and very professional. I recommend booking about a week in advance to have the chance to occupy one of the best tables on the terrace, attached to the railing.

02/11/2024: Overall, pretty disappointing. We waited over 40 minutes for the food to arrive. They clearly had more tables than they could handle. The food itself was not bad, but it was pretty average and the portions were quite small. The salad was especially disappointing, it was literally just a bit of lettuce and they brought a bottle of olive oil to season it with. The restaurant also only had one bathroom for which there was a line the whole time we were there. At the end, they rounded down our cheque from 62 to 60 euros, which was a nice gesture.

13/04/2025: Nice place for both young people and older people like me, good food, honest prices. I would have given 3 stars for the service, I could have given 2 or 4, 2 because we waited 40 minutes between the fried food and the pizza, 4 because my 3 stars had started off well, because in the end the manager or owner, I don't know, maybe both gave us a substantial discount for the inconvenience... telling us "I pay when I make a mistake" without us demanding it. CHAPEAU.
