24/07/2025: The food and atmosphere were like a wedding reception. Regional specialties and high-quality products. The service was elegant, just like the ambiance, but very friendly and attentive. A very pleasant experience. We'd be happy to return.

16/07/2025: Unfortunately disappointed despite high expectations; food good and well prepared but not at exceptional levels. Excellent wine list. Inaccurate service. In my personal experience, the year 2024, my wife's birthday, I booked the birthday cake and a bouquet of flowers on the restaurant's website and paid the advance; at the time of dinner there was no cake, no bouquet of flowers, nor did they see that I had paid 150 in advance. Unpleasant indeed, and birthday ruined. The very kind owner apologized by giving away a bottle of medium quality champagne but it certainly doesn't solve the problem. Average high price. To be reevaluated

16/07/2025: Always a guarantee at Filippo's! Delicious scampi carpaccio, beautifully presented, a shame to eat! The rest was equally delicious. Everything was prepared with extreme simplicity but with refined taste. The waiters and chef were equally excellent! In short, highly recommended.

14/07/2025: I ordered a Quattro stagione pizza, which was good but not delicious, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. The service was average; it was just my girlfriend and me in the restaurant, and the atmosphere seemed a bit dull, but that's understandable given the time, as it was 7:00 PM.

11/07/2025: Siamo rimasti molto contenti di questo ristorante, un po' vecchiotto negli arredi ma la cucina non ci ha deluso. Innanzitutto il personale è molto attento e cortese, poi il cibo è vario e i prezzi sono buoni. La porzione di pesce misto alla griglia era squisita. Ci ritorneremo per assaggiare la carne che abbiamo visto servita agli altri tavoli e sembrava ottima.

29/07/2025: Wonderful place with a sea view and tables just steps from the sea. They welcomed us with great joy and pampered us during dinner. Dishes prepared with great care and attention and served in the dining room by trained, attentive, and very kind staff. I highly recommend anyone in the area to visit this restaurant 💫

27/07/2025: Alla fine della vacanza ci siamo Concessi L ultima cena a ristorante e siamo capitati purtroppo in questo locale . Il posto normale il cibo nella media del luogo ma i prezzi a mio avviso decisamente troppo alti per la proposta .

28/07/2025: Excellent and generous dishes. We ordered spaghetti vongole, various types of pasta al ragù, and two pizzas. The pizzas are available with different types of pasta (whole-meal, gluten-free, etc.). Efficient and friendly service. Parking available. Too bad they're closed on Tuesdays; otherwise, we would have come back.

12/07/2025: I found this place "by chance," browsing maps to figure out where to eat. What can I say? The hospitality/food ratio is on par.... The dishes are good, fresh, and tasty, as are the authenticity and friendliness of the hostess! I'm really happy I found this place, because it will be a place I'll return to when I'm back in Pisa. The quality/price ratio is excellent; we only ate fish dishes and it was definitely worth the money! We'll definitely be back!

25/02/2025: I had lunch today for work in this delicious restaurant located inside the Four Seasons hotel. You can find it by accessing the entrance located in Borgo Pinti. Very nice location, bright, with comfortable tables and sofas. The staff is courteous and helpful, attentive when passing by the tables to fill the glasses and the service seemed quite fast. Varied menu with different meat and fish courses, including pasta, appetizers and desserts. The chicken club sandwiches are very tasty and I recommend them. High prices, keep that in mind. Some parking spaces on the street in Borgo Pinti, or reachable on foot. You can look for paid parking lots, garages, or other parking spaces in nearby streets.

28/06/2025: This was the definite food highlight of our 10-day stay in Sicily. It is important to note that you have to make a reservation, which is easily done via WhatsApp (details on their Facebook page). As a result, the only people in the restaurant were my husband and myself, and Guiseppe, the chef/owner. He cooked and served everything himself, explaining the dishes and the stories behind the ingredients and recipes (in English). He served us a sumptuous 6-course fish menu, demonstrating exceptional talent with an innovative flair. All of this, plus a bottle of local wine, for a total of €120, all in. Given the prices charged by some of the tourist traps in this area of Sicily, this is incredibly good value for what is essentially a Michelin star quality meal. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone staying in the area to treat themselves to this incredibly special culinary experience.

15/02/2025: Siamo stati per la prima volta alla Locanda del Prof. per la cena di San Valentino. La location famigliare avvolge i commensali non appena varcata la soglia e i padroni di casa sono una piacevole presenza che accompagna con estrema cura e cortesia la cena. Sulle pietanze nulla da dire, strabilianti i sapori, porzioni giuste e ottimi abbinamenti. Must della serata, il polpo morbidissimo che è stato un dispiacere vedere terminare nel piatto tanto era buono. Sicuramente questa è stata solo la prima di altre occasioni dove con piacere andremo a gustare un ottimo pasto in una piacevolissima atmosfera famigliare. Attenzione ai dettagli, al cliente e al rendere l'esperienza unica. Da dieci e lode!

04/06/2025: Su consiglio di gente del posto io e mia moglie abbiamo lasciato i luoghi piu' turistici del lago e siamo andati a San Feliciano con lo scopo specifico di assaggiare un menù fatto esclusivamente di pesci di lago. Scelta azzeccata. Il ristorante é elegante anche se un pò datato e forse poco adatto ai giovani ma la location é bella e la cucina senz'altro valida. Abbiamo assaporato l'antipasto misto di pesce del Trasimeno, i filetti di codregone in tre modi diversi, ottime tagliatelle alla tinca affummicata. Mezzo punto in meno forse per il capitone alla spiedo, un pò troppo piccolo come taglia. Se un giorno passeremo di nuovo da quelle parti ci rifermeremo senz'altro da Settimio.

27/05/2025: A San Feliciano splendidi panorami alimentano sensazioni di pace e cari ricordi (visita a "la Zizaia" con Faliero Marcianti). Francesco e il suo staff ti coccolano con ricette antiche e nuove. Pesce fresco, preparato perfettamente, ti mette in crisi per una scelta. Per fortuna la bravissima Sofia ci aiuta. Applausi allora per: -latterini fritti -tegamaccio -grigliata e frittura mista -carpa regina in porchetta -capitone allo spiedo. A presto.

21/07/2025: Siamo stati a cena con famigliari, la location è spettacolare, ci hanno tenuto un tavolo con vista su Andora. Menù ricco di scelte portate abbondanti e buonissime. Servizio veloce e garbato prezzo assolutamente in linea con location e qualita del cibo proposto intorno ai 50€ euro a persona mangiando antipasto un secondo dolce vino e acqua. Unico suggerimento....andare al primo turno 1930. Al secondo si rischia di rimanere imbottigliati sulla piccola e stretta strada per salire. Consigliatissimo

The hospitality and service are 7-star; the charm of the property, both inside and out, is evident, as is the exceptional view. I highly recommend it.
