06/07/2025: Tutto bene fino a quando, agitato perché il pos andava lento, il proprietario non ha deciso di rispondere male a me e alle mie amiche che, tranquillissime, stavamo pazientemente aspettando che il problema si risolvesse, senza fare problemi di nessun tipo. "Non facciamo polemiche per cortesia". Non ne stavamo facendo, infatti, ma facile fare la voce grossa quando sei il capo e le tue clienti sono quattro giovani ragazze. "Ho altre cose da fare, non posso aspettare un quarto d'ora per stampare una ricevuta'. lo sono libera di andare in giro senza un centesimo in tasca. Se il tuo pos funziona male, non è un mio problema: posso solo consigliarti di comprarne un altro, oltre a una bella dose di educazione. Veramente basita da questo atteggiamento irrispettoso e totalmente immotivato. Peccato, perché avevamo mangiato bene e le cameriere che ci hanno servito sono state carinissime: come al solito gli uomini presi da manie di potere devono rovinare sempre tutto.

05/07/2025: location carina, finchè non ordiniamo e portano le 3 paste ordinate... dopo mezz'ora (ok come tempo) e dopo altri 15 minuti la pizza alla persona rimasta che mangia da sola ormai... Andiamo a pagare e il loro POS era lento, noi attendiamo in silenzio senza problemi. Ci viene più volte fatto capire che avremmo dovuto pagare in altro modo ma NON AVENDO CONTANTI (siamo nel 2025) abbiamo detto che avremmo aspettato. Al che il proprietario che ci stava servendo dice che non ha tempo da perdere e ha altro da fare... gli chiedo se preferisse che uscissimo senza pagare e ha esordito con "non facciamo polemica" quando noi siamo state li zitte e tranquille per un problema del suo pos. Scena che ci ha lasciate basite dall'arroganza e dal trattamento. Forse perché eravamo 4 ragazze? Bha... non ci tornerò mai più, poco ma sicuro! Se avete problemi di gestione degli strumenti lavorativi sinceratevi di poter garantire un servizio ottimale, non pretendendo di farci pagare in contanti.

10/08/2025: We made a reservation and were seated more than half an hour after our scheduled time (even though regulars walked right past us). We asked for raw fish, telling the waiter to choose for us: all dishes were cooked. Plus, there were tables full of children running between the waiters and screaming at the top of their lungs. The three of us spent €100 for appetizers and a bottle of sparkling wine. Unfortunately, we weren't regulars.

02/08/2025: We came here to eat on the recommendation of a friend who had been there a few years ago, but when we called to make a reservation, the first table was at 10:30 PM. In the end, you said, "It's a little late, but we can eat." When they seated us, the table was visibly dirty. They brought us dirty cutlery, glasses, and plates. As we saw, these items were visibly dirty and greasy. We asked for a change, and they brought us dirtier items. We also asked for a change. After a 20-minute wait, we had to remind the waiter that we didn't have these items. They brought us the menu, and since it's a seafood restaurant that claims to have fresh products, all the menus had asterisks indicating frozen products. After 50 minutes, they took our order. The result was that we started eating after an hour, and our hunger had already subsided. I had to remind them several times to bring the dishes, one dish wasn't served, and on top of that, the communication between the person taking the orders and the person bringing them was terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there; the service is terrible, the HACCP standards are questionable, and management is zero.

07/07/2025: Discovering a small but elegant restaurant we booked for lunch on July 6, 2025, 14 people we ordered a seafood appetizer with raw seafood guys truly unique show good and fresh all accompanied by an excellent prosecco a first tip from Giulia a girl really attentive to customers then a really fresh fried food here nothing frozen from the fisherman to the table in a few minutes compliments Giulia we will gladly return truly unique GUYS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WONDERFUL RESTAURANT

27/07/2025: Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience, despite the kindness and friendliness of the waiter who served us, to whom I owe my only real compliment for the evening. We ordered a mussels starter, which was truly delicious, but the raw fish left us rather perplexed. But the real problem was the wait: a full 1 hour and 15 minutes just to receive the raw fish, so much so that we joked that they had gone to catch it on the spot and bring it back to Milan. The waiter himself, seeing the situation, clearly told us to report the wait at the cashier for a discount. But once we pointed out the inconvenience, the owner responded in a decidedly arrogant tone, saying that "everyone had waited" and that "to eat well, you have to know how to wait." This disrespectful attitude toward those who pay for a service that should be carefully managed and cared for. To make matters worse, my entire family suffered from intestinal discomfort during the night. I'm not sure if it was related to the meal, so I'm not accusing anyone, but some doubts remain unavoidable. A real shame: a place with good potential, a willing waitstaff, but disorganized management and an owner who doesn't care about customers. A real shame.

31/05/2025: A true experience! The service at Embassy is of a level rarely found these days – attentive, warm, and absolutely professional. You feel welcome and well looked after from the very first moment. The cuisine is also impressive across the board: creative, perfectly balanced in flavor, and lovingly prepared down to the smallest detail. The cooking here is done with passion – and you can taste it. A place you'll gladly return to. Unreservedly recommended!

14/07/2025: Siamo stati davvero molto bene! Il servizio è stato puntuale nel rispettare l'orario della prenotazione e soprattutto molto attento nel far mangiare le bambine per prime e insieme, anche se avevano ordinato piatti differenti gesto da noi genitori molto apprezzato. Il misto fritto era davvero buono e leggero. Ottima anche la pizza, anche se personalmente l’avrei preferita un po’ più sottile ma resta comunque ben fatta e digeribile. I dolci sono una vera chicca, consiglio vivamente la millefoglie e il tiramisù, entrambi davvero deliziosi. Servizio gentile, attento e impeccabile. Una serata piacevole Consigliato

14/07/2025: Da tanti anni che andiamo in questo ristorante e ci siamo trovati sempre bene,ma questa sera ci siamo ricreduti.Abbiamo ordinato antipasto mare e terra che doveva essere x due persone ma da come ci è stato presentato non bastava nemmeno x mezza persona ( es. Un pezzetto di polipo di 3 cm può mai bastare x due? e così altre pietanze tutto minimal) .per non parlare poi della frittura di calamari presentata in piccoli pezzettini ( x farvi capire dei mini calamaretti che non sono indicati x la frittura duri e senza sapore).Chiediamo spiegazione al cameriere il quale va in cucina dallo chef per avere una risposta, ma non lo vediamo più. Chiediamo ad un'altra cameriera più esperta che ci delucita sul fatto che loro usano i calamari di piccola taglia in cucina e ci vuole rifare un'altra porzione di frittura ma noi rifiutiamo. Dopo per compensare ci offre un amaro che accetto volentieri. Vado a pagare il conto e mi ritrovo a pagare anche l'amaro . Insomma una vera amara serata.

02/04/2025: Ristorante sito in spiaggia con veranda vetrata dove puoi goderti la vista mare...servizio ai tavoli gentile....preso frittura mista di Santa Lucia ed una grigliata mista di grande qualità , il tutto bagnato da due calici di Vermentino. Prezzo onesto, da ritornare!!!

17/07/2025: Beautiful terrace, but that’s where the positives end. The staff was cold and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. The food was far from impressive. I found a plastic-like object in my meat pasta. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she shrugged it off, saying it was “probably a fish shell” and “normal in the kitchen.” A serious concern for anyone with allergies. The other dish we ordered was a pasta dish with gambas and fish roe. The portion was laughable: just four tiny shrimp, and when we questioned it, the server simply blamed “the cost of gambas”. As if that justified the poor value. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. I’m honestly baffled by the glowing reviews. I also noticed another comment suggesting bias against non-Italians. Sadly, that wouldn't surprise me based on how we were treated. --- addition after reaction owner: Dear DuePi, Thank you for your response. I’m sorry to see that my experience is being dismissed as “frustration” rather than taken as honest feedback from a customer who simply did not feel welcome. I had hoped for a professional and customer-oriented reply. Instead, I read personal accusations and assumptions about my behavior and taste. Just to clarify: I politely pointed out that there was a strange object in my dish; which was dismissed as a “fish shell” and considered “normal in the kitchen.” That’s concerning, especially for people with allergies. My partner and I are not unreasonable people. We’ve dined in many restaurants, both in Italy and abroad, and we genuinely appreciate good food and hospitality. Unfortunately, we did not experience either during our visit. It’s great that others have had positive experiences; but that doesn’t change how we were received or treated. 24/04/2025: Small place with some seats also in the outdoor terrace, furnished with care and particular details, with an open kitchen. The menu has 4-5 choices for each course, but all very particular and interesting. As an appetizer we had springrolls and meatballs: plated like works of art, beautiful to look at and equally beautiful to eat. Among the first courses we opted for the two spaghetti: the one with butter and anchovies, as "simple" as it is good, and the one with burnt lemon and crab meat with a particular and never tried taste. We finished with their two desserts, the millennium pie and the pastiera that they deserved. Final price without wine just under €40 per person. The girl who served us was very courteous and nice. Compliments to the chef and his assistant chef, really good.

24/04/2025: Locale piccolo con qualche posto anche nel dehor esterno, arredato con cura e dettagli particolari, con cucina a vista. Il menù ha 4-5 scelte per ogni portata, ma tutte molto particolari e interessanti. Di antipasto abbiamo preso springrolls e polpette: impiattati come opere d'arte, bellissimi da vedere e altrettanto da mangiare. Tra i primi abbiamo optato per i due spaghetti: quello burro e alici, tanto "semplice" quanto buono, e quello con limone bruciato e polpa di granchio dal gusto particolare e mai provato. Abbiamo chiuso con i loro due dolci, il millennium pie e la pastiera che meritavano. Prezzo finale senza vino poco meno di 40€ a persona. La ragazza che ci ha servito molto cortese e simpatica. Complimenti allo chef e al suo aiuto cuoco, veramente bravi.

23/07/2025: Siamo stati da Paolino ieri sera, attratti dalla fama e dal fascino del luogo. Purtroppo, l’esperienza non ha affatto rispecchiato le aspettative. Abbiamo ordinato solo una parmigiana di melanzane, una mozzarella arrostita con limone e due dolci dal buffet, senza vino né piatti principali… e ci siamo trovati a pagare 75€ a persona. Una cifra sinceramente sproporzionata rispetto a quanto consumato. L’atmosfera, che dovrebbe essere uno dei punti di forza del ristorante, è stata purtroppo compromessa da un accompagnamento musicale improvvisato e poco curato: strumenti evidentemente finti, suonati in modo approssimativo, quasi a prendere in giro più che ad allietare. Il servizio, nonostante il numero elevato di camerieri, è sembrato disorganizzato: pochi davvero attenti ai tavoli, molti altri sembravano più intenti a chiacchierare che a lavorare. Un vero peccato, perché la location ha potenziale. Ma a questi prezzi ci si aspetta un livello di qualità – sia nel cibo che nel servizio – decisamente più alto. Non torneremo.

15/07/2025: Friends, the pasta portion is very small and tasteless, the atmosphere is barely acceptable. It didn't look anything like the photos, and the price for a traditional pasta dish is high, which is really unfortunate.
