We loved this place because the owner was so nice and the food was excellent. Very much a family run place. We loved the Sardines.

He was a really friendly and kind person. He didn't ask for a tip or anything, and just provided various kinds of services. The food was also delicious.

We had an outstanding dinner at Trattoria Alla Fontana. The food was delicious, authentically Venetian, and priced very fairly for the quality. What really made the experience special, though, was the incredible service from Zen. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming in a way that immediately made us feel at home. The atmosphere here is relaxed and local, tucked away from the busy tourist areas, and the dishes were fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell this place takes real pride in both the food and the experience they give their guests. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Venetian cooking and sincere hospitality. We will absolutely return on our next visit to Venice.

12/05/2026: I've been frequenting this pizzeria for a while now, and I find everything to be excellent, from the pizza to the service. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they make everyone feel at ease. Highly recommended.
