16/05/2025: A restaurant from another era, whose menu and prices have remained unchanged in the 20 years I have been going there. The quality, however, does not need to be changed! The restaurant offers fish dishes and pizzas, but I highly recommend the first courses. Among the desserts section we can also find traditional Neapolitan sweets, such as babà and pastiera. The prices are adequate, the environment is comfortable with a nostalgic aftertaste.

The view of Venice from the terrace was absolutely insane — like dining in a dream. The service was impeccable: attentive, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. The staff peeled our clams, filleted the fresh fish tableside, and ensured every dish was served to perfection. The tiramisu was next-level — light, rich, and unforgettable. If you’re in Venice and looking for a true fine dining experience with world-class views and hospitality, CIP Club is a must. 10/10.

25/06/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at Cip’s Club was deeply disappointing and far below the standards I expected from a Cipriani-branded establishment. Upon arrival—after a 15-minute taxi ride—we were abruptly stopped at the host stand by a man who appeared to be either the host or manager (gray hair, glasses). Without any welcome or professionalism, he harshly informed us that our attire was “not appropriate” for the “elegance” of the restaurant, as we were not wearing long pants. We were dressed respectably given the extremely hot and humid weather, wearing polos and linen shorts—nothing remotely inappropriate. He insisted that Cip’s Club had informed our hotel of the dress code earlier that day and claimed it was not the restaurant’s responsibility if the hotel failed to relay the message. This, to me, shows a concerning lack of accountability. Relying on a third party to communicate important dress code policies—especially for a restaurant of this caliber—is poor customer service and a serious flaw in operations. It shifts responsibility away from Cipriani and damages the brand’s image. What made matters worse was not the policy itself, but the rude, snobbish tone in which it was delivered. Rather than handling the situation with any grace or hospitality, the host made us feel unwelcome and entirely at fault. We explained that we had a flight that evening and had made this reservation over a month in advance. After much pleading, we were finally seated—but not in the main dining area. Instead, we were given a table tucked away near the kitchen entrance, with no view and no dedicated waiter. The experience felt like a punishment rather than an accommodation. Ironically, just moments before arriving, we had been discussing the idea of staying at the Cipriani Hotel on a future trip to Venice. After this experience, we no longer plan to dine, stay, or support any property associated with the Cipriani brand. That said, once seated, the food was well-prepared and flavorful, and the waitstaff themselves were professional and kind. It’s unfortunate that their efforts were undermined by the poor and frankly hostile front-of-house experience. A truly elegant restaurant enforces its policies with grace—not with arrogance.

15/07/2025: I've been to this restaurant with my partner twice, and honestly, I would go back a third time without hesitation. From the first visit, we were amazed by the quality of the food, the staff's hospitality, and the welcoming atmosphere. Everything is carefully thought out, from the presentation of the dishes to the customer service. The menu is varied but balanced, with options for all tastes and fresh ingredients that are noticeable from the first bite. It's definitely one of those places you'll want to return to. We recommend the SPECTACULAR sea bream.

14/06/2025: It's so hot they put you inside with the air conditioning and then the door stays open after waiting 50 minutes the pasta and potatoes arrived excellent while the octopus alla Luciana one of the 2 was completely raw I didn't say anything I paid and went away to the kitchen before bringing out a dish I advise you to be more careful

18/07/2025: Wonderful, authentic place. Service was excellent, the waiter was kind and professional. I really wanted pasta for lunch, but it has to be gluten free. This place serves gluten free pasta as well as the usual kind, and my GF seafood pasta dish was excellent. I would really recommend this place as a great spot for lunch, you'll get great food for a reasonable price, especially considering the quality.

22/06/2025: Changed management compared to two years ago. It was a bit of a disappointment. The prices have not increased but the quality of the food in my opinion has deteriorated a lot. We had two grills, water and a glass of wine. The environment is always characteristic and the service is courteous. We were alone in the room

09/07/2025: We went for lunch today and were absolutely thrilled. The pizzas were delicious, the dough was perfectly baked, and the toppings were well-made. My daughter really enjoyed the gnocchi! The service was great and child-friendly! Keep up the good work!

02/08/2025: First time at this restaurant, at the tip of the outer pier of Crotone's Old Port. One of the most evocative locations I've ever eaten at: the terrace offers an incredible 360-degree view of the city and the open sea. The atmosphere is romantic, with low lighting and that pleasant breeze that makes summer dinners perfect. The interior is also beautiful, and the restrooms are in good order. Dishes are well-presented, with delicate flavors. Friendly staff. Service isn't always attentive. Attractive prices: for six of us, we spent just over €50 per person, including a bottle of rosé. A tip for the chef: a few desserts would be appreciated; the modest pitta impigliata and Pizzo truffle would be nice on the menu if, however, desserts suited to the dinner were offered. Last night, I only had a crème brûlée. Recommended experience.

Far from the bustling summer crowds, you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the sea and the marina. Their dishes tell a story of the sea and family. And they convey emotion. 03/07/2025: Had such a wonderful experience last night there! To begin with, the restaurant offers a great view to the sea due to its location. Besides that, food are extremely good, you definetely should try their pizza! Waiters and Owner were so welcoming to us and prices are better than other restaurants in the region. I'd advise to make a reservation before going considering that you may face a line if you go without any. Easily the best restaurant we've been in Positano!!

23/04/2025: 18th party for my son, Diamante room, excellent experience! New, recently renovated premises, high-level stereo systems. Professionalism and seriousness in the organization, in particular the very good DJ, photographer, proposed by the venue, and barman. I highly recommend it!

13/04/2025: We celebrated my 50th and my son's 18th in two nearby rooms. Perfect organisation, all the staff friendly and helpful. All the guests had fun and the venue is very nice, well set up and spacious.
