Good pizza, very kind, friendly, and skilled waiter! We ate in the garden, very nice. I recommend it!

An excellent restaurant where you can eat very well, whether the large pizzone for two people or the meat or fish menus! A great place to eat outside, the garden is beautiful! And the staff is very welcoming.

There are places that don't just feed you. They make you feel good. Orto del Cigno is one of them. You don't just come here for pizza. You come here to breathe. As soon as you enter, the noise of the city center fades away. Before you lies a garden that seems like a little world apart, the Arno River flowing slowly, and that increasingly rare feeling of being able to truly slow down. It's the perfect place to treat yourself to quality time. Unhurried time. Time for conversation, nature, and good food. And the best part? This garden changes with every season. The colors transform, the light is always different, and every time it feels like you're returning to a new place. A spectacle that invites you to return again and again. Then comes the iconic Pizzone 😀. A wonderful idea to share. We chose it with two fillings, half Rustica and half Marinara, enriched with fior di latte mozzarella. Because sharing also means tasting, sharing, and being together. ♥️ The dough is surprising, light, fragrant, and incredibly digestible. You finish eating and feel like a feather. It's one of those pizzas that makes you think, "This is how pizza should be." And the coccoli? A must. Multigrain, made with artisanal flours (including spelt), Monte San Savino prosciutto, and squaquerone D.O.P. A dish that alone is worth the visit. The service reflects the place: fast, attentive, friendly, always with a smile. We left with one certainty: we found one of those places that become a refuge. Another green lung of Florence, where you eat truly well, breathe, slow down, and remember how beautiful it is to indulge in the luxury of slowness. There are restaurants you try once. And then there are those that become your favorite place. For us, Orto del Cigno is already that place.

My experience here wasn't all that positive. I ordered a sirloin steak and a side salad. The meat was very tough, and in my opinion, it wasn't cooked at all properly. The outside setting is nice and well-kept, and the waitress was kind; she even offered to bring another dish when I mentioned it. I paid the right price (€32 with water). I wouldn't recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

Their specialty is an extra-large pizza designed to be shared, and it's very good, although I found the menu confusing for those unfamiliar with the place. The outdoor space is quite well-maintained and informal. Parking isn't easy, but with a little patience and imagination, you can find one. Overall, it's good.

Even after some time, it remains a reliable favorite. Personally, it's one of the best pizzas in Florence, and the simple Pizzone shape, meant for sharing, is a plus. The garden adds to the charm, well-kept and airy even on the hottest evenings. Excellent service, very friendly and welcoming.

I ate excellent tuna tartare and on another occasion the growth was lower than expected

The pizzas are excellent and the pizzoni to share are a good idea.

The pizza was delicious, the marinara was exquisite, especially paired with the Bavarian beer you couldn't stop drinking. Kudos to the entire staff.
