26/09/2025: The food was delicious, but realizing that the foreigners were trying to rip us off, they brought us more expensive wine than we ordered, and then they just said "sorry" and nothing, such establishments are immediately banned - we won't come back.

10/10/2025: A very refined and welcoming restaurant, furnished with a simple yet warm taste. The welcome was extremely courteous, making us immediately feel at home. We chose a carafe of red wine, which turned out to be surprisingly good, well above the average for what's usually offered at this restaurant. The first courses were a real surprise: the spaghetti alla chitarra with seafood and the potato and spinach gnocchi with a delicate cream, prosciutto, and chopped pistachios (off-menu, special of the day) were both excellent, with generous portions and precise cooking. The most memorable note were the tigelle: light dough, perfect air bubbles, evenly cooked. Truly among the best we've tried, true to the tradition of Pavullo nel Frignano. The accompanying cured meats were also excellent, clearly of high quality. The generous portions prevented us from continuing with other tastings, but this remains a more than compelling reason to return and explore the rest of the menu. Conclusion: a restaurant where cuisine, hospitality, and atmosphere coexist in harmony. Compliments to the dining room and kitchen staff. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

28/09/2025: We opted for the four-course tasting menu plus dessert. The chef's entree to start: cod mousse, seafood salad, risotto acquarello with cooked and raw shrimp, and seared tuna with chopped pistachios and chicory. To finish, a dark chocolate tart with strawberry ice cream to temper the chocolate. A fantastic culinary experience.

08/10/2025: I was in Bologna for my wife's health problems and before an operation we went to Nuova Fraschetta to eat and I can say that in addition to the kindness of the staff, the food was excellent and the pasta was fresh and homemade. I recommend it.

27/09/2025: The hotel is very nice, it looks recently renovated, and is certainly well-maintained. We stayed in the quaint little house. Dinner and breakfast were good, both in quality and price. The village is located on a hill, with a road that's narrow in places, but nothing too difficult. The "difficulty" is worth the trip.

08/11/2025: Last day in Naples. I absolutely had to try the typical and traditional cuisine, after the pizza and fried foods (cuoppo and fried pizza). Recognized as "Mimì alla ferrovia," a necessary stop just to verify the name that holds its place among the best places in Naples for traditional cuisine... Opening at 7:00 PM, the line was already in full swing, but the wait was short; all guests were quickly seated, greeted by the attentive and attentive staff. The traditional menu features small, modern twists from the chef, offering a broad vision of Neapolitan culinary tradition. Highly recommended for both the food and the hospitality and authenticity of the place... A must-see if you're passing through Naples.

08/11/2025: As a Neapolitan, I'd never been to this historic Naples restaurant, but I finally had the opportunity yesterday. What can I say? Good food, fast and friendly service despite the large seating capacity, and a location that exudes pop culture history, both Neapolitan and otherwise, from every angle. The only downside for me is the prices, which are quite high compared to average, but that's understandable considering the historic nature of the place. Must try at least once in your life!

17/09/2025: I often go to this pizzeria, and I've always found the pizza to be very good, both in terms of ingredients and the crispy, light, and easily digestible dough. This time, however, the pizza really disappointed me: undercooked dough, a rubbery crust, and poor-quality ingredients. Out of a group of nine, only two people managed to sleep through the night.

05/10/2025: Beyond the excellent food and service, I personally find a piece of my life's history in this place. I first went to this restaurant about fifty years ago on vacation with my parents. Paolo, the current owner, is my age; at the time, we were two kids, about ten years old.

14/09/2025: "Fast menu": 3 appetizers and seafood spaghetti. 100% recommended.

05/10/2025: Nothing special. I also found it expensive: we waited about 20 minutes for the pizza. The menu isn't very varied, so don't count on mussels or fish. There are cheaper and better places.

18/09/2025: We ate "octopus with pesto sauce" as an appetizer, "tortellino crema di parmigiano e zafferani" and "pizza parmigiano" for the main course, everything was very good, the portions are okay! At the end of our lunch, our excellent waiter (Michele) suggested a "pistachio cheesecake" which blended perfectly with the other flavors of the dish and the homemade Pignoletto sparkling wine! We will be back again!

03/11/2025: Regarding the attached restaurant: excellent atmosphere, ideal for couples and a romantic dinner, attentive customer service, and high-quality food and dishes. Ample outdoor parking, interesting views of the castle from the outside, and an adjoining swimming pool.

04/10/2025: We've been meaning to stop in and eat here since we first started coming to amseno in 2012. We stopped in for lunch and they were very accommodating. Very helpful. The food was very good, fresh homemade pasta. You could tell it was just a really good experience.
