The service is impeccable, and the owner gives a thorough overview of the food, helping you appreciate the range, from its production or provenance to its preparation. The food is truly good, and for those who aren't big eaters, the seafood appetizer might be enough to leave satisfied. I also enjoyed the mixed fried fish, which was perfect and without the strong smell of fried food, which means using good oil and changing it often. Go and review it.

That said, the service was really slow, sitting at the table for 25 minutes before finally having a glass of wine, they wouldn't even give it to us when we asked.... incredible. This was by the owner's will, who only serves him and strictly in order of arrival. The owner is still nice and welcoming, nothing to say, but.... come on... We were 4 of us and we tasted a few appetizers... 3 first courses and fried food. Special dishes, well-prepared, cacio pepe and shrimp rated 10! The portions are tastings (except for the fried food), you pay like everywhere else nowadays.... For me 3 stars... happy to have tried it but it's not one of my favorite places (personal opinion)

Wait times are always reasonable, and they also do takeout. The burgers are very good. I'll continue to go there for a long time.
