21/08/2025: We arrived at the restaurant at 10 p.m. after a long drive, but were greeted very warmly and friendly. The waiters tried to understand us, even though we don't speak Italian. The food was excellent; we had seafood salad. The dessert was very good and special. We were very satisfied :)

19/08/2025: Unfortunately, if you're celiac, you can't eat in August. This is the restaurant's policy. They stop offering gluten-free food in August (evidently because it's too busy), but still, everywhere, on every app, in every celiac guide, it's listed as an active and operational restaurant. It seems a bit of a joke to me (as well as disrespectful).

10/09/2025: If you prefer something a little more upscale, you'll love Acqua Salata. We were there for my birthday. Service was first-class, English was excellent, reservations would be helpful. Very nice ambiance, right by the sea. The food is a dream 🤩 Highly recommended restaurant 💫

We booked for 9 people, including one with a mobility impairment in a wheelchair. This is what they say on their website: "Bathroom and table accessible for wheelchair users." We found a steep staircase with more than 10-15 steps. I asked the person they identified as the owner for an explanation. The explanation: "We can't do anything about it, because there are restrictions on Monte San Bartolo... If you want, we can carry him up." I replied that a mechanical lift could be installed invisibly on the side. In a civilized country, that shouldn't happen! We're full of talk about the removal of architectural barriers! We've changed venues with an excellent pizza. I'm waiting for your reply. Thank you.

06/09/2025: Dishes of questionable quality (for a Michelin-starred restaurant, that is)... describing a dish as 1 tomato and a cherry tomato salad with a little oil and salt seems a bit extreme to me... the price paid for the 10-course menu didn't seem commensurate with the offerings... the wine tasting left us even more perplexed by the quantity and quality (there were many glasses, but the portions were so small that it seemed more like a sampling... in our opinion, it would have been better to serve fewer but at least half-filled, especially given the price). The final impression is that the cuisine is more radical chic than substantial. We were truly disappointed given our expectations. What a shame.

07/09/2025: Excellent food, a very limited menu featuring only seasonal products, carefully and expertly assembled. Fast and competent service. Personally, I was only slightly disappointed with the wine list; otherwise, everything was excellent.

29/08/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us by Alessandro, a friend from Sottomarina. We ate very well, the dishes were excellently cooked. Pay special attention to the mussels... they deserve to be mopped up!!!! 😋😋 Prices were in line with what we ate. We will definitely be back next year.

16/08/2025: I often come with relatives who love pizza. At lunchtime, I choose the full menu with a half-liter of wine for €14. In the evening, pizza and fish are served. Very good and, above all, easy-to-digest food. The service is attentive and courteous. The atmosphere is equipped with TVs for watching shows or football matches. The owner is very kind and very good at continuing the business her father started.

The atmosphere was meticulously maintained, down to the smallest details. I really enjoyed the welcome meatballs. The main course, ossobuco with risotto, was delicious and very filling. The service was very fast, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. I will definitely be back.

08/07/2025: Pizza ottima, gentilezza e cordialità. Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una bella serata e saremmo tornati anche la sera successiva, ma, ahimè, chiuso per riposo settimanale!!! Mentre pagavamo alla cassa il ragazzo ci ha offerto un bicchierino di una liquirizia strepitosa!!! Veramente ospitali. Consigliato!

06/07/2025: The restaurant pizzeria L'Antico Torchio is located in Castrovillari, in the province of Cosenza, in Calabria. The restaurant is large, very well furnished and enjoys an excellent location, with private parking. The menu is very varied, the service is excellent, the staff is super attentive and the prices are good. It is definitely worth it!
