Very fast service. Good menu selection and delicious food.

An incredible discovery at Mimì alla Ferrovia. The cannelloni were absolutely fantastic: they melted in your mouth, the pasta was so incredibly thin you could barely taste it. Honestly, I wanted to order a second one, it was so good. The Neapolitan pasta alla Genovese (the famous onion ragù) was also excellent, with a rich and comforting flavor, just the way you hope to find it in Naples. I also loved the atmosphere: lots of locals come for lunch, you mostly hear Italians around you, and it really gives the impression of an authentic place, far from the overly touristy restaurants. The service is quick and efficient, and you can tell the place has a real history. My only comment would be about the portions, a little small considering how delicious everything is… it just makes you want to eat more! And above all, let yourself be guided for the desserts: the lemon delight and the ricotta-fig cake were absolutely divine!

Excellent food and excellent service. A great Neapolitan restaurant

The real rating would be 3.5 stars, but since I can't give it one, I wanted to distinguish it from restaurants that have left me with something more positive. The restaurant is very popular, so much so that you have to wait in line for tables to become available, and it has a great tradition after years and years of business, but personally, I wasn't very satisfied. The tables are excessively close together (you're practically dining with other people so cramped) and spread out to fill the entire room, creating a lot of confusion. The people waiting actually push the staff into a slight rush. I wasn't satisfied with the mozzarella appetizer, either in terms of quantity (a bit small) or quality (but maybe it's just my taste, since I often eat the mozzarella from Aversa). The spaghetti with clams, their signature dish, was objectively very good, while we tried three different types of desserts, which we couldn't consider unforgettable. The bill was a little high, but I'd say it's average for the place (and the season). Worth trying again.

Excellent find! The cuisine is typically Italian, with traditional dishes bursting with flavor and prepared with quality ingredients. The portions are generous, and you really get your money's worth, especially considering the very reasonable prices. The ambiance is also a real plus: pleasant, well-maintained, and perfect for a great time, whether as a couple or with friends. You feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. A great place to eat authentic Italian food without breaking the bank. I highly recommend it! Remember to book ahead to get a table.

Group lunch for 12. The round table was beautiful, the service excellent, and the staff very friendly. The appetizer selection was truly plentiful and appetizing, and they were served quickly. The wine list is extensive, with excellent labels. The desserts were also good. I didn't give it 5 stars because some of the fish dishes, although all very fresh, weren't cooked to perfection. Still, a highly recommended place, a must-visit if you're in Naples.

Great atmosphere and service, and the food was delicious. I went at 7 pm without a reservation and we got a table. When we finished, there was a queue outside.

We arrived before 7:30 PM to avoid the queue (there were three of us). No reviews needed... it's an institution, perfect in every way: food, location, service.
